I use this bag for my Door Dash delivery orders. It works very well for small to mid-sized food orders from such places as McDonald's, Chic Fila, Starbucks and Panera. The only tricky part is the outside beverage carrier. This is not as secure as I would prefer and tend to use a carrier that I keep inside the bag. Also, you may only be able to carry a couple of medium pizzas and additional food. I use a pizza bag for all my pizzas that take extra large sizes. All in all it's good for up to two regular sized orders with minimal beverages. I love it. ... show more

Its nice for orders with mid sized bags. You can shimmy a good deal of items. Buuut that pizza box picture is not the same as real life orders if you do this for delivery you barely can fit a MERICA sized large pizza in this bag. I had to put the pizza in from the top to ride ebike. its a gamble if your gig working but it is a good sturdy back pack that keeps the food hot. Carefull with the zipper its strong but snags. Side pockets are 6/10 good bump bev would go kerplunk. Bag gets attention on bike or walking in a restaurant. Good for trips and personal use. Baaaag 7/10. pizza box section is not as wide. it will get 2/3 little ceasar $6 depends not a bot real user ... show more

arrived with seams hanging by a thread, poor quality. not worth what it cost. zippers were not even attached for half the run. very thin material, I was skeptical when the package arrived that I had received the right item. With so many holes in the "thermal layer", I would call this product useless and a waste of money. Unfunctional for your needs. Arrived with one strap hanging on by a thread and the other seems like it never was even attempted to be attached. TLDR: Low quality material and craftsmanship. Arrived in dismal condition. If you order this item,. don't expect it to last long. 0/10 and missed the return window because I was unwilling to pay for return shipping. What a joke. ... show more

So far has been very good at retaining heat and is also structurally sound. I use this on my motorcycle to deliver food. Even when going 60 mph on the highway in 40° weather, it still has heat retention. Definitely like the straps as well as the expansion for pizza boxes. The zipper is a little bit on the lower quality side, but it still functions as needed and haven’t had a problem yet. Love the reflective tape stitched into it, helps people see me on the road. also love the two separators one with Velcro to help separate certain foods in orders, making deliveries faster, and easier. ... show more

Insulation is pretty good and most of it is overall pretty nice, stitching on straps is awful however one of the back pack straps broke after lifting it with a 12 pack of sodas inside.
