Shipped in perfect condition. Also pleasantly surprised that they shipped patch materials (hopefully never to be used). Pull cord was a bit dodgy stitching but one request from customer service and it was replaced. They also provided a URL for a particular U-Tube that I had found previously which was out of many, one that I considered best. Only things bad I could say was 1) I wish that they made blue (but the green is ok color) and 2) this IS a job for multiple people to install. This seems to be a good value in replacement awnings. They claim the fabric is 17oz, but I can't verify. The fabric is sturdy and it installed easily, (with sprayed silicone in the tracks). I got the white one and it had dirt/stains from somewhere, I guess the factory floor. I was able to clean up most with dish soap, and some spray cleaner for the stubborn marks, but that is not what I would have expected. The awning was in a second outer box from Amazon, so it was not packaging. Also, there was a piece of thin plastic folded up to protect part of the awning, (why not all?). It's like they try, but not hard enough. Overall, I am satisfied for the price, but I might shop a little harder next time. I hope that the product lasts and I won't need to do this again for a while. ... show more

overall fit and finish is good. nice and heavy strong awning fabric. only 1 complaint - poorly packaged. Appears awning slid around in box during shipping causing small holes where it was folded and hitting the box. customer service offered choice of small refund or complete replacement. got the 2nd new awning fabric and it was the same. didn't bother to contact them back - figured I didn't need extra awnings laying around and the refund wasn't worth the hassle. ... show more

It's awning fabric. Seems to be very durable, fit as expected. Replaced the fabric on my power Dometic awning. The anchor straps are nice too! Just a warning if you have a Dometic power awning. My awning tube has a spring inside it at the opposite end from the electric motor. Apparently you can pin it in place with a small screwdriver before un bolting from the arms. I was not aware of this, luckily was not hurt when it unwound. Had to re set the spring tension. It wasn't terribly difficult, but I found very limited info about this online. Guessed it at 6 wraps and it seems to be working well. ... show more

Replaced a 12 year old awning on a Dometic system on my 5th wheel. The measurements were just right and it fit the groves perfectly on a tube that has the 3 grooves. Used it the next day and it rained hard that night and filled it with water and held up great, in fact didn't even know that there was a ton of water sitting up there when I went to stow it 2 days later. Very good product! I was even able to install it by myself using a couple saw horses to support the tube. ... show more
