Tastes excellent for a nice white mocha latte drink, and the consistency of the sauce is perfect (not weak). So I got tired of buying coffee at Starbucks or Dutch Bros and decided to invest in a Nespresso machine. I was using Torani white chocolate syrup but I didn’t like the taste. I drink at least 1 iced latte a day at minimum so I decided to go for it and purchase this large one. The flavor is so delicious!!! Comparable to taking a bite of a white chocolate Ghirardelli bar in my opinion. You don’t need to add any sugar at all when you use this in your drinks. The size is a great price for the amount you get. There is a date on the bottle that seems like it will expire soon but also a note was enclosed in the packaging explaining that that was only production date but there is a shelf life of 6 months after you open the bottle. I’m sure I’ll use this whole bottle within 6 months! It is a high quality pump that comes with it as well. It’s very study and gives a perfect amount with each squirt and does not leak after you squirt it. Overall a great purchase and I would recommend! After using this syrup I am actually disappointed when I buy drinks that I usually order at Starbucks and Dutch.

I was excited to finally be able to get this at a semi affordable price and totally disappointed in the flavor. Taste nothing like the Starbucks from the store. Da Vinci Hollander Ghirardelli’s In that order is much better in flavor and after taste. Depending on brand 2-3 pumps and it’s perfect with fresh brewed expresso. This one 3 pumps and it’s not close to the richness in flavor of the 3 listed. Disappointed to say the least. Being on a strict budget, I have to wait until next month or half empty to purchase the brand I normally buy. Edit to add response from seller; This product is intended for commercial use and has a manufacturer advisory to consume within 14 days after opening as printed on the product label. The Best Before date indicates the date by which the product should be used but is not the same as an Expiration date and it is not a guarantee that the product will be good until that date once it has been opened. The actual shelf-life will depend on storage so refrigeration and avoiding exposure to excess light and heat is recommended to help extend the use of the product. For this reason it is advised that buyers of this item should avoid purchasing more than they expect to consume in a 30 day period. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Great flavor, but they recently replaced the pump and it is nearly impossible to press down on it. It also now takes way more pumps to achieve the same flavor as before. Please bring the old pumps back.

I love this sauce, I can make lattes and iced lattes with it that taste just like Starbucks! I've tried other brands of white chocolate sauce and this one is hands down the best in taste. I deducted a star because the pump that's included is not the one pictured in the listing. The red pump works great and is the perfect size, but the new black pump is smaller. So you'll have to adjust how many pumps you use since its pumping out less product, plus the smaller pump makes it more difficult to pump the sauce into your cup (I can no longer just set my cup under the pump and pump it).

Alot of people complain that the flavor is off from the 'Green Mermaid Seattle' brand. If you want it to taste the same do this. 1. Grind your own coffee. All of their coffee is freshly ground so, if you use coffee that is already ground, YES the taste will be off. The ground coffee is stale and loses its aroma. Try and grind your own, makes all the difference. Medium to fine grind. 2. By default all of the 'Green Mermaid' Seattle brand uses expresso beans, specifically expresso. Some places will use medium. So if you want the flavor to be dead on, just stop by and ask what beans are in the machine. They will sell you a bag, then you can visit grocery store and get same but off brand and cheaper. 3. By default all of their milk is 2% unless you specify. So if you are not detailing the milk, then safe to say its 90% likely that its 2% milk. 4. Use expresso machine, do not for the love of god, use a coffee maker or press. Expresso machines will give you the same consistency as the 'Green Mermaid brand' 5. If you are unsure of the recipe, get on DuberEats App and go to your local 'Green Mermaid' store. You can get exact recipes there. Enjoy! Have not bought coffee since I got the recipe down for my favorite iced drink.
