I have a delonghi cappucino maker and I just connect the whole milk to the machine and it makes me a cappucino or a latte. I love white mochas but think they are overly sweet and not worth the over 400cals. So i just add 1-2pumps of this inside the mug I use and it makes a delicious white mocha just less sweet. With 3-4 pumps on sundays it tastes exactly like a white mocha mmmhm delicious. The only con of this is that it has a best by date of 3months from when I got it so im making these like a Barrista for anyone that comes over and I still have a ton left. I highly recommend. I'm doing the Math and so far we've done 30 cappucinos/lattes and not even half way done so well worth the cost savings and not spending out.

I was excited to finally be able to get this at a semi affordable price and totally disappointed in the flavor. Taste nothing like the Starbucks from the store. Da Vinci Hollander Ghirardelli’s In that order is much better in flavor and after taste. Depending on brand 2-3 pumps and it’s perfect with fresh brewed expresso. This one 3 pumps and it’s not close to the richness in flavor of the 3 listed. Disappointed to say the least. Being on a strict budget, I have to wait until next month or half empty to purchase the brand I normally buy. Edit to add response from seller; This product is intended for commercial use and has a manufacturer advisory to consume within 14 days after opening as printed on the product label. The Best Before date indicates the date by which the product should be used but is not the same as an Expiration date and it is not a guarantee that the product will be good until that date once it has been opened. The actual shelf-life will depend on storage so refrigeration and avoiding exposure to excess light and heat is recommended to help extend the use of the product. For this reason it is advised that buyers of this item should avoid purchasing more than they expect to consume in a 30 day period. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. This white chocolate mocha sauce is really good and tastes just like the drinks from you know where. It’s smooth, rich, and creamy with the perfect level of sweetness, and it blends easily into both hot and iced coffee without separating. The consistency is thick, so a little goes a long way. I like that this is the same sauce used by you know where, because it makes it easy to recreate that familiar coffeehouse flavor at home. The large bottle lasts a long time and works great not only in lattes but also in hot chocolate or even desserts. If you’re trying to make café-style white chocolate drinks at home, this does the job really well.

The syrup is excellent; however, the pump that is included is poor. It used to be a very sturdy pump was included, but they changed brands and the one now received with the product is generally worthless. Whether it works or not is hit or miss. This causes you to guess how much syrup needs to go in the cup. You either waste the syrup by overusing it, or under measuring the amount. The syrup costs too much to play a guessing game.

Taste is good, Fontana is the best white mocha sauce in my opinion if you want the copy cat for Starbucks. The pump came incomplete, by the time the sauce starts in the jug I might be able to use the pump 3 times before it won’t work for the rest. I received the product on the 16th of February, best by date is March 3.. gives me two weeks before it expires. Hopefully I will still be able to get another two weeks after that before it goes rancid, and that usually takes a month after opening but I’ve never used it past expiration so that is an unknown. I would order again when needed because it’s my favorite sauce.

Alot of people complain that the flavor is off from the 'Green Mermaid Seattle' brand. If you want it to taste the same do this. 1. Grind your own coffee. All of their coffee is freshly ground so, if you use coffee that is already ground, YES the taste will be off. The ground coffee is stale and loses its aroma. Try and grind your own, makes all the difference. Medium to fine grind. 2. By default all of the 'Green Mermaid' Seattle brand uses expresso beans, specifically expresso. Some places will use medium. So if you want the flavor to be dead on, just stop by and ask what beans are in the machine. They will sell you a bag, then you can visit grocery store and get same but off brand and cheaper. 3. By default all of their milk is 2% unless you specify. So if you are not detailing the milk, then safe to say its 90% likely that its 2% milk. 4. Use expresso machine, do not for the love of god, use a coffee maker or press. Expresso machines will give you the same consistency as the 'Green Mermaid brand' 5. If you are unsure of the recipe, get on DuberEats App and go to your local 'Green Mermaid' store. You can get exact recipes there. Enjoy! Have not bought coffee since I got the recipe down for my favorite iced drink.
