  • With a diameter of the circle plate of 50.8 cm (20 inches), you can now hold significantly larger objects of up to 5 kg in weight.
  • In addition to the enlarged mounting plate, the set also includes a mirrored reflector plate. This reliably transports the IR signal of the camera to the Foldio 360 turntable despite the protruding larger screwdrivers.
  • Furthermore, the set includes a horizontally curved plastic background, which can be optimally installed in the Foldio 3 light tent. The background is fixed with magnets that can be attached directly to the Foldio 3.

The extender disk is a very blue white while all of the other foldio white backdrops - including the backdrop that comes with this extender set - are a much warmer / neutral white. Pretty disappointing. I’d avoid - especially for the high price.

This product is fine and I'm glad about the extender. As I would constantly get the seam of my lighting box in my shots. HOWEVER, it seems like orange monkey has abandoned their Android user base. Check out the foldio 360 app on the google play store an it's current 2 star review. I've personally reached out to their dev team with no response for weeks now. Discouraging since I spent a lot of money on their products to be left high and dry with no support! I've been using my iPod Touch to control the turntable which still works fine. The only thing I wish you had a replaceable black and, perhaps, green cover for the top platform as an extra product.
