The chair was shipped with no packing. The controller was loose inside the box and busted. It would turn the chair on and off but that was it. It would mot change to other settings. I love how the chair is foldable and doesn't take up space. I also love that the head pillow is adjustable. Comfort wise, i had to put a folded throw blanket between my back and the chair because the ball are hard and somewhat painful directly on your skin. The heat works good. Honestly, I was looking for a cheap massage mat to handle my sore back while my massage therapist was on maternity leave when I found this chair at about the same price that I expected to pay for a regular mat, so I figured "why not?" I really expected a shaky, cheap folding chair frame with a massage mat strapped to it - that is not what I received. This chair is heavy-duty, sturdy, the heat works great, and the massage balls really dig into sore muscles. The only down side that I found is that the massage rollers could go a little higher on the back instead of stopping just below the shoulders, but all in all, I would absolutely buy another one. ... show more

Remote stopped working after 5 months. Thing struggled massaging anything but the lower back. You can hear the track slipping as it try’s go up your back. Should have returned it when I had a chance. Absolute waste of 130$!

Enjoy ease of moving, recline, padded head rest, and massage. I’m concerned that only 3 heat lights worked when received and now only 2 heat lights are working within the month. Also, I’m too tall (5’9”) for upper back so I have to lay down to massage upper back. Good value and quality for price.

    • Just what my body ordered!
Love the portability of this chair. Hits all the stressful points in my back. Only two draw backs: 1) The heating function doesn't work and the kneading balls are a little painful - this my be attributed to the chair be new and may be come comfortable over time.
