This scooter is pretty nice. We had an issue with it arriving with a broken piece. We contacted METRO Mobility and they sent us a new one right out. We have not heard anything from the 3rd party sellers. So, I cannot speak on their customer service. But, METRO has been awesome. My Husband and I have taken my scooter to the park and on an evening walk. I love it! However, you can feel all the bumps and cracks in the sidewalk. So, if you have back problems, this may not be the best choice fir you. Also, I am only 5'2" and there's not a lot of leg room. I would not recommend this scooter for tall people.
