While our mattress was recovering from vacuum shipping I noticed a tear in the middle of the cover. It seemed to get bigger as the mattress was recovering. I contacted customer service and they were wonderful! I didn't want to send the mattress back. It seemed in fine shape, I just didn't know how to fix the hole. The seller offered to ship a new cover for it!! Perfect fix! I am so happy with the quality of the mattress too! It's a tri fold for our travel trailer and I believe it's going to be an amazing upgrade over the current mattress! I can't wait for our next camping trip to find out!!! I live in a one bedroom and had guests over for a week. I ordered this last minute and didn’t do much research but was pleasantly surprised at how comfy it was and how it’s not much of a hassle to set up and put away. When I got the mattress delivered I had to open the box and let it plump up. Took a couple hours but did see the full 6” rise. I like that it folds up and can be tucked away to save space. I slept on this while my guest slept in my bed and it was a great alternative. I definitely recommend for short term like guest staying over and you have no guest room, camping trips, if you don’t have the money to buy an actual mattress. I’m not sure if it would uphold its thickness if it was being used nightly. All in all. Great product. Definitely recommend to buy the 6” thickness ... show more
