We like the ladder. It's not super solid but the hooks on top really help. And we like the corner stabilizer that goes on the top step. The way it telescopes into itself is great. Makes it super easy to store and it's light weight. It was missing the two stabilizing triangles under the bottom step. I reported it but got no response from the vendor. I take this with me to landscape jobs and it has been a great addition to the job site. The hooks at the top lock in to the bar on my truck or the top of my trailer which makes it easy to climb in and out when loading or unloading materials. Also, it is nice to have an extension ladder to help get into the canopy of a tree. I weigh 175 pounds and I feel fully safe using this ladder even when fully extended There is some minor assembly required before using the product. The support bar needs to be set at bottom of ladder and there is a rubberized protective top piece when placed against a tree or other sensitive surface. These are very light weight and versatile. We use them with a trailer that we mounted a rooftop tent to. We keep them mounted inside the trailer when not in use. The telescope up and down smoothly, they are light weight and easy to move around.

I am writing this review in place of my step father who is currently in the hospital. He purchased this ladder and the next day after he received it, he fell and fractured multiple parts of his body and cut his face. The ladder was not even extended all the way to the 20 feet. He was using the ladder to hang humming bird reflectors on the house. My step father is very thorough and made sure to read the little instruction manual (like he always does) before using the ladder and became familiar with it's mechanisms (he even had the manual still in his pockets when he fell). Thank goodness I was with him when he was using the ladder! His feet were a little over 10 feet off the ground when the right side pole of the ladder bent and caused him to fall onto the ground on his side. The weight capacity of this ladder is supposed to hold over 300lbs and he is exactly 240lbs. When he was on the ladder, he wasn't even holding onto anything besides the ladder since he had a little utility belt on to hold a few screws and the bird reflector. To make a long story short, do NOT buy this ladder! If it seems too good to be true- it probably is! This ladder being as light and easy to assemble is not a good thing! It is not sturdy whatsoever! I wouldn't use this ladder at all, not even for small climbs. If your thinking of getting this ladder for yourself or anyone, utilize your money elsewhere! ... show more

Its easy yo use it. But made sure you are total weight are less 200lb. It's not safety when you're weight are more 200lb. Not for outdoor use.
