Great Quality Build – Powerful Ride with a Few Minor Hiccups So far, these bikes have been worth the money – even though we’re only on day one and still figuring out all the tips and tricks of how they run. Assembly was fairly easy, but I’ll warn you – these bikes are heavy! That said, the weight gives me confidence in the solid build. I had no concerns that the bike wouldn’t support over 300 pounds. Even though the listed weight limit is 330 pounds, I truly believe it could handle even more. Our first ride went pretty well. One issue I ran into was the seat on my bike – it kept slipping down. I tightened the lever, but then couldn’t close it without using a rubber mallet. Also, while it looks like the seat is replaceable (which I was hoping to do since my hip bones sit wider than most women’s), I’ll need to get my brother’s impact drill just to remove the nuts and bolts. Oddly enough, the included wrench doesn’t fit the seat bolts that came with the bike, which felt like an oversight. Now for the ride itself – wow! These bikes have power. I was both impressed and a little nervous with how quickly they accelerate. I’ll definitely be wearing a helmet going forward. The tires needed inflating, but they seem to hold air well. I love the fat tire design – it makes for a smoother and more comfortable ride. Pedaling was easy and enjoyable. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase so far. There’s room for a few small improvements, but these bikes seem like a solid investment. ... show more
