This EV bike works so well. A 205 lb man rides it as his only means of transportation and loves it. He bought his first one years ago at a Swap Meet for more money. When he needed parts or help, he had no support. This company on Amazon is the original manufacturer I believe and their customer support for this bike is amazing. I highly recommend anything they sell. The battery last a long time, the bike is solid and strong, it’s so quiet, and it drives so fast up hills even. He assembled it easily. Holy dude, this bike is awesome, i just got it and it had no issues. I love this bike so much bro. This is very nice to get to school or work. It has tailights, brake lights, and even turning signals! This is very nice for what I paid. 10/10 RECOMMEND!

Necessary tools snapped, and stripped on first use, lighting wiring was faulty and had to be fixed, the baskets attachment that would have connected to the bike ripped immediately. But, bike itself is built well and ingenious in a way and runs very well and has good speed. It does struggle a bit uphill, but the pedal assist solves that and the automatic pedal assist is excellent. The seats are very comfortable and the adjustment elements for seating and handlebars are excellent, it has a loud horn. And all-in-all, it's a good deal for the price. ... show more

Headline: DANGEROUS PRODUCT – DO NOT BUY! MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD Rating: 1 Star I purchased two of these e-bikes for my children as Christmas gifts. I regret this purchase completely and feel obligated to warn other parents to look elsewhere. Safety Hazard: Within the first week of ownership, both bikes caught fire. This is not just a quality issue; it is a serious safety risk. Customer Service: After reporting the fire for the first bike, I had to wait a full month just to receive a replacement part. When the second bike caught fire, I didn't even bother reaching out again because the initial support process was so slow and ineffective. They seem completely uninterested in addressing major safety failures. Build Quality: Beyond the fire hazards, the bikes are falling apart. After only a few months of use, the battery housing is extremely loose, the pedals are loose, and the overall construction is unstable. They are essentially unrideable and clearly not built to last. Save your money and choose a different brand. The safety of your family is not worth the risk with these bikes ... show more

This bike is great! It looks sleek and was easy to assemble. My 8-year-old loves it. He is learning to ride it and is making great progress. I removed the battery so that he could learn how to ride it like a normal bike. He never did learn how to ride without training wheels. I have ridden it at it feels good on grass and great on pavement. We have folded it to put it in our minivan to take it to the park, but we discovered that not folding it is also fine to get it in the vehicle. The charge lasts for days which is a big plus. It actually goes really fast so be sure to get a helmet for whomever you purchase this bike. The horn and light wires could be better. I loved my bike the first 5 weeks! But then the battery like shorted out and it turns off while riding it. I don’t understand why. It’s brand new! As soon as I hit the smallest bump it turns off. Anyone else have this problem??? And my basket ripped pretty fast.

Great value for the money. Gets us around town. Love having it with the price of gas going up. Gets plenty of miles on a charge. The pedal pick up is great, all you have to do is pedal a few times and picks up speed great without having to use throttle and waste battery. Love it! I bought one for myself and was so happy with it, I bought another for my daughter. Was even able to find a baby seat to ride my grandson around.Love the battery lock feature and also that it is removable to charge.
