Set up can be tricky if you just rely on the instructions, need to watch you tube to work on battery power since turning the key just doesn’t turn the bike on. The pedal crankset is very flimsy and often times derails when pedalling , very poor quality material of the sprocket and crankset. The bike is a good value. Only issues come from the way the bike was packed for shipping, chain guard was smashed by front tire and is bent and deformed and the feont tire arrived flat and turns out it the inner tube was somehow punctured and needed to be patched. Only place to get new inner tube is from company website becauae of the tire size isn't widely used. Inner tube purchase was quick and easy and arrived in a timely manner. ... show more

I bought this for my son's birthday and he loved it. It worked for 2 months before the crappy wheel design started tugging the battery line out ever time he rode it. Reached out to manufacturer and they wouldn't send replacement part... Just gave me ridiculous instructions for repairing with electric tape (which of course failed again). So a complete disappointment and waste of money. If you want a reliable working bicycle don't buy this! They don't stand behind their product. ... show more
