    • Great Bike! Careful with Class designation
I could be wrong, but from what I understand this bike can only be a Class 2 since it has a throttle. In order for it to count as a Class 2 bike you have to use the app to turn the speed down to 20mph. The 28mph max speed for a Class 3 bike only is allowed if the bike doesn't have a throttle that allows for no pedaling. With that having been said it is a great bike. It came to me with a couple small washers that were the wrong size but I had some around the house so it was no big deal. I had to use extra tools also so the setup could have been easier. Once you're set up you'll want to get the app and connect with Bluetooth so you can set the top speed or whatever you want to do. Really no complaints about the bike at all. It's a lot of fun and has plenty of power. Seems like it is really a quality product. I had it locked up outside the grocery store and a guy was like, "That's a nice bike. How much did you pay for that?" I told him and he says, "Oh wow. I got one for $1900 last year and I like yours better." Luckeep has also had really responsive and courteous customer service so far. Está bicicleta de verdad no la recomiendo, la batería no duró lo que decía la publicación..! A penas de llegar a 20 millas ya la batería estaba descargada y a la segunda semana un neumático estalló en pleno desplazamiento ocacionandome lesiones que me enviaron al médico y generó un gasto y perdí 2 semanas de trabajo. A los 3 días de estar la bicicleta en el cuarto de lavado estalló el 3er neumático. Ojo la bicicleta no le toque nada en lo absoluto en cuanto a los neumáticos, las libras de presión que traían de fábrica, esos son las que tenían al momento del accidente. Además por más que estuviera apretado el volante igual cuando se estalló el neumático el volante giró en sentido del caucho lo que hizo inevitable la caída. Les doy una estrella porque al menos al expresarle mi accidente me preguntaron que quería hacer, automáticamente yo quería mi dinero devuelta, pero también fue complicado. De verdad no compren estas cosas por aqui. Cómprenla en una tienda, no pierdan tiempo dinero y eviten malos ratos. ... show more

It took a while to get here, there were issues with shipping that eventually got worked out. The assembly went well with the videos. I had a bit of a problem understanding how to get it to power up. It has a lot of software strength! It has lots of power and speed! I don't know how long the battery lasts but it definitely lasts longer than the rides that I go on! I owned two electric bikes prior to this bike. I knew I needed to upgrade to the 7 50 power plant, it was also important at the bike. Rugged durable, safe, easy to ride and able to cover large amounts of terrain. Which stood out to me the most. Was the power available, it's quite easy to obtain 31 mph, I use this as an alternative mode to transport my son and I can't tell you how big of an influence that's been on our lives. It's tough to find many faults with this price point and we continue to stack the miles. I'd be happy to be a brand ambassador for luckeep. We get comments about the design and cool bike dude. Things like that everywhere we go. His classmates sure love it. I'd consider myself an amateur Rider, but with the knobby tires, you can easily conquer curbs, grassy Fields and generally rough terrain. I highly recommend purchasing extra visibility equipment as I've previously been hit on an electric bike. Give up at the good work luckeep. ... show more

    • Strong motor, subpar material
Positive: The bike looks nice, has a strong motor and gets up to the described 30mph. A separate light, blinker and horn buttons are a welcome feature. Remote control is a nice feature. Change the saddle right away to something comfortable. Negative: The left pedal, or crank arm, not sure which exactly, makes a loud metal cracking sound everytime I pedal, which is very annoying and makes people look at me, because of the noise, which makes me feel uncomfortable. The pedal covers were also so tight, almost like the plastic caps melted into the mounting screws, I had to use pliers to get them off. The steering handle bar is not very tight, you can move it and the front wheel in two different directions. The provided tool cannot reach the bolt as the folding handle is in the way. The rear brakes when engaged are loud like a metal horn honking, even louder than the pedaling, so I try not to use them, but that limits my breaking power, which is dangerous. The battery gets me only about 30 miles even though I pedal a lot. Unfortunately they don't sell larger capacity nor higher Voltage batteries for more range. The lcd screen attachment is flimsy. It bends easily and one side of the monitor already ripped out it's bearing. Also, there is no way to turn the bike on by key, so if you lose the remote or if it runs out of battery while you're out, your ebike becomes a heavy regular bike. I do like the bike but these annoyances make me like it a lot less. ... show more
