The media could not be loaded. I love this awesome solid E-bike. Came in with well packed and protected, it's not hard to put together, the product has videos that helpful to build together even with adjusting the brake. After taking it out few times, I’m really impressed. The bike is sturdy for its size, and the dual-seat setup is a huge plus for me, for my 10 year old son and 7 year old daughter. My son loves take this bike with my daughter to go out together in the community. What i like the most are the shock suspensions, definitely helps smooth out bumps, especially on uneven sidewalks. Acceleration is smooth, the motor has enough power for normal cruising and the battery life is better than I expected. I bought one electric bike on July 2025, and it has stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer via the email provided on their page on Feb 5th, and although the site says they would response promptly I have not heard back yet after 5 days.

It’s really convenient for me when I go out shopping where I don’t wanna walk but inconvenient to start the car as well. Pretty well transporting for fair distances. I do recommend having 2+ ppl to help with it, since the compartments are heavy. The bike itself is also very heavy would need two people to move it around. It was pretty easy to just get on and learn the ride, might take time for something that’s both a bike and motorcycle like. the seats are pretty comfortable, the back seat might be small for two adults . But within the price range it’s still pretty good . ... show more

Cool bike. Customer service is non existent. Reached out because we are having issues with the headlight not coming on and have not heard a peep. Only way to contact is through email. I give this product 3.5 stars. Would give more if is wasn't for lack of customer service

The electric bicycle is basically as advertised, making it ideal for commuting in the city. The battery is also very durable; I've used it for a week and only needed to charge it once. It's easy to install and folds up, so it doesn't take up much space.
