Living near the beach, riding around town and along the shore has been awesome. The Geleisen e-bike is very stable, and its folding design makes it easy to store and carry in the back of my SUV. Riding this e-bike gives me a total feeling of freedom with plenty of power for both trails and city traffic. I use this e-bike for my daily trip into town, as well as weekend rides along the local beach, and it performs equally well in both settings. The bike design features an aviation aluminum frame, which means it’s lightweight yet sturdy, making it easier to carry and ride without sacrificing strength. The alloy steel handlebars and solid cargo rack add to its durability, and the 20” by 3.0” wide tires help prevent slipping on sand, so beach rides are a regular part of my week! Safety was one of the key reasons I purchased this e-bike. The dual disc brakes respond quickly, giving me confidence even when riding downhill, and the bright headlight and reflectors make night rides much safer. I’ve been riding the electrics bike for a few weeks now and it’s been great so far. The folding design makes it really easy to store in my apartment, and the steel cargo rack is solid — I’ve used it to carry groceries with no problem. The motor gives plenty of boost for city rides, and I usually stick to pedal-assist which feels natural and extends the battery life. The LCD display is simple to read, and shifting between the 6 speeds is smooth. Assembly took me about 30 minutes, not too bad. Overall, a solid and affordable e-bike that feels sturdy and fun to ride.

Poorly designed. Where the wire goes into the motor, there’s a cutout. Probably to keep the wires/cable from twisting. But the axle has basically cut into the wires and now the motor won’t work. This probably happened because of the folding feature. They won’t cover under the warranty because they said it looked as if it suffered impact, which did not happen, unless you count the folding of the bike.

The package arrived a few days earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. It was well-packed and included all the necessary tools. Assembly was straightforward overall, though the poorly written instructions made it a bit more challenging, several (minor) steps were missing. Still, it wasn’t too tricky, and most people could probably figure it out just by looking at the parts. That aside, the bike itself is fantastic. I love its appearance and lightweight design, which makes folding and unfolding easy, and it fits into my minivan trunk without any problem. The folding lock system is simple to use and feels sturdy. The ride is smooth, especially comfortable for someone of average build like me. If you’re over six feet tall, you might want to consider a larger model, but otherwise it’s comfortable and easy to maneuver. The speed can reach close to 20 mph, which is more than enough for my needs. I managed just over 20 miles on a single charge, which is likely limited by the lightweight design, understandable for this type of bike. For short commutes and occasional leisure rides in the park or around the city, this bike does an excellent job.

After tons of research and reading reviews, we settled on this as our first e-bike—and it did NOT disappoint. Shipping was super fast with solid tracking updates, and the bike showed up well-packed with zero damage. Much of the assembly was already done, and only needed to follow the video for a few steps. We also inflated the front tires. The first bike took about 40 minutes to put together and the second took half that. The batteries came partially charged, so we gave them a full charge before taking them out. We’re totally excited to use these for camping—the folding feature is a game-changer. It fits perfectly on our trailer rack without hogging space. The rear seat is another win—not something you usually see, but super useful. The fat tires ride smooth and steady, even on rougher terrain. Honestly, the build quality and little details really got our attention. This bike is legit perfect for fun rides and everyday use—we’re obsessed!

I've been using it almost everyday for the past month going to work and a little joy ride or two and I gotta say it's good value for what it is. I'm about 5'3 and the size is perfect for me. Building it was really easy. The wheels have held up with barely any wear down (which is nice considering I live in more rocky terrain with lots of hills). Wires (both internal and external) have been holding up as well. Brakes still work well, too. Would and have recommended this bike! Some notes: -This is my first bicycle and my first time riding one. It was very easy to learn with! -I've rode it in snow and it holds up but I wouldn't recommend riding it in snow often -Not much shock absorption so be extra careful about potholes

I bought this as used, and was pretty nervous about it since there is a no-return policy on their used bikes. It arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected in excellent condition. Even the new ones are less expensive than comparable other e-bikes. As with most of the e-bikes we’ve purchased, the assembly instructions are sparse, but we did it under an hour. The bike performs great. It has way more power than I’ll ever use, but it has pedal assist, regular bike, and only motor modes, so it’s easily controllable. The bike is solid and sturdy, but compared with some others, not too heavy. I haven’t recharged the battery yet, so I don’t know about battery life. Besides being a really nice bike, I love the color. This bike will get a lot of use on our camping trips and around town.
