We ordered the bike and had some difficulty getting it delivered. However, we did contact the seller and they stayed in constant communication with us regarding delivery and even followed up with us within an hour of us signing for the bike. We got the bike home and put it together. One of the fenders was damaged and a rear view mirror was damaged. The seller stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process of assembling and testing the bike. Within a day they had shipped out replacements for the damaged pieces. I really can not say enough about how impressed we are with the response times and assistance we have received from the seller. It’s a level of customer service that is hard to find and we would absolutely purchase from them again because they are there to support you and make sure you have what you need and you are satisfied with the product. Now for the bike: please don’t ignore other reviews that warn this bike is BIG. It’s huge. And it’s heavy. I’m 5’ 11 and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who is much shorter. It really is more like an electric dirt bike than anything else! And it’s fun! The big tires make the ride more stable and give some extra confidence to the rider. The bike has some serious get up and go power. The battery seems to be working really well and it’s beautiful to look at at! I’ve had it on smooth pavement, dirt bike tracks, rocky mtb trails, steep climbs and steep declines. Be careful on the downward slopes, the weight of the bike makes it go faster then you might be comfortable with. But the brakes work well and the bike is generally very easy to maintain control over. The cons: the mid suspension is very stiff and almost like not having it at all. This isn’t going to be an issue for commuters or beach riders but trail riders, dirt track riders and MTB riders are going to notice. The user manual could be more clear and easier to understand but with a little work it’s something that can be figured out. I do wish the tail light was on the back of the actual bike because it’s part of the seat stem and can not be seen from behind if you have a bag attached to the rear rack. We will have to buy a light for the back at some point to make up for this. Overall: I would buy this bike again. It works perfectly for what we wanted and needed. The customer service can’t be beat. I would recommend it to my friends and family as well. I would not let my kids ride it. Even though my 13 yr old is a competitive mountain biker. It’s got a little too much get up and go and it’s a little too heavy for him to control.

The appearance is pretty good, he gets compliments all the time. It is a good looking bike and it folds up to fit in a car or a van very nice. Also in the house. Out of the way. We rec’d the bikes, husband put them together. One bike-great no problems. Second bike the bar that holds the peddle is bent and scrapes the chain guard and takes the chain off. I called customer service on Saturday the 23rd. CS person had no clue and had me on hold for over 10 minutes. So then I hung up! No one bothered to even call me back! I even have pics but no one wants to see them I guess! Soo I talked to someone at Amazon on Monday and the guy I spoke with knew exactly what to do to help get my issue resolved. I sent them pics and they forwarded them to the store and they are taking care of it! Yay!

The bike came with everything. The assembly process went like a breeze. After assembling the bike. I took it out for my first ever E Bike ride. I was very pleased and satisfied with the performance on the road. Overall this is a very good E Bike to own.

Instructions on how to put the bike together are NOT user friendly. The brake line attached to the handle bar is broken, still waiting on a response from the seller on a replacement part.

Love the size of the bike it's smooth but heavy, but how can you ever ride when it takes 20 days to try and maneuver the battery back in place. See photos it never fits it's so frustrating.

I really like the bike but I might need a smaller one 'cause is a bit bigger than we thought. I'm a small human and it weights almost as much as me. Perfect size if I'm wearing my favorite combat platforms. Espero que tenga buena tracción en la nieve y hielo porque no me la quiero partir 🤣. Tiene muy buena tracción en terreno montañoso. La instalación estuvo fácil pero hubiera sido mejor que hubiera paso por paso y no solo 6 imagenes en el manual. Aun sigo configurando mi pantalla a mi gusto. The extra phone holder, mirrors, pump, and lock are awesome. Edit: has amazing grip on snowy and icy roads!

Did my homework, bought most expensive one. My employee uses everyday to get to work. Have been using everyday for 8 months. No issues, well made. Be aware that it comes in three boxes that may arrive weeks apart, I would buy again if need another.
