This tripod is wonderful. It's so easy, it's a joy. You unbox it, pull the 3 legs out, they click into place, put the grill on top and are done. It took me longer to type that than to actually do it. It's sturdy. It's well constructed. It's a good height from the ground or base of a campfire. It is a little on the hefty side for weight. It is cast iron tho, so that's the nature of that type of material. You expect cast iron to be a few lbs. The only thing I didn't like was I wish it came with a carrying bag. That, in my opinion would have made this tripod absolutely perfect. I rate this at 5 stars for quality, durability, ease of use and value. The media could not be loaded. This folding campfire cooker is pretty solid. Medium heavy duty metal. Feels like coated steel. Unfold the legs and set over a campfire to cook or heat water. Add the grill disc, if you want to cook something directly over the flame. Feels like very good quality metal. The legs fold smoothly. Easy to carry and store.
