I have hardly anything bad to say about this bike. The frame is very heavy duty with quality welds. Everything works well and it's a blast to ride. I am not a bike rider and I went on two rides tonight because it is so fun. The lights work really well at night too. The forks for my bike were very damaged in shipping, but I emailed the address in the manual and they shipped new forks to me for free the same day. The forks arrived 5 days later in perfect condition. The only thing that I would say as a warning is that the instruction manual is terrible. There's great photos but the Chinglesh text doesn't really match the photos. There is a video too on YouTube. The video has no sound but it covers a few things that the manual left out. I have a good mechanical background, so the assembly wasn't difficult for me. All the tools that you need are included, but if you aren't good with assembly and terrible instructions, then you should buy something more expensive. I think that this is a great bike for $800. I forgot to mention that I am 280 pounds and 6' 5" and this bike is plenty big. I even had to lower the seat from max heighth. Even though I weigh 280 pounds, this bike pushed my fat butt up to 32mph on a level road with no pedal assistance. Update: the display failed on my bike. I contacted the seller and they replied immediately with a link to purchase another since my warranty was expired. I ordered one and it shipped the next day. I installed it today today, and my bike is working again. This is the second time that I have used their tech support, and both times, they were quick to respond to me and knew exactly what I needed. I am very happy with my bike.

The bike overall has been fantastic. The one negative has been that the battery life has any lived up to expectations, and the bike is consistently running out of power at just under 35 miles (I’ve only ridden with pedal assist, and use my leg strength a lot to minimize the strain on the battery). But the speed is good, and the bike rides very well!

Cust service. Difficult 52v battery 20AH 24A MAX Decent battery so far. YOU MUST FULLY DISCHARGE THEN CHARGE. Like leave the lights on and let it discharge. Do it twice. Motor:💩 If ur not gonna get caught in the rain, ok. Once u do, get another motor. Display says 35mph. GPS Speed @ 25MPH top Love all the functionality. Horn, lights, brake light lever activated. All for nothing if u have to swap out the motor. Swap motor = swap all all electronics is best. The bike is a 52v 20ah 24a max per battery. If the bike fails with never ending error codes, get a bafang 1000watt rear hub motor kit for $500. Paid $800 for the bike. $500 for the quality motor kit. Theres no 52v 20ah bike out there for $1300. Now, the bike should never fail u. Even in 5 miles of rain. Upgrades: Crown Forks Hydraulic brakes Swapped the steel swing arm from a lankeleisi g650 aluminum swing arm. Shorter rear 750lb. Colored tires Now its a commuter bike.

This is a very good bike. Only ha to it a month but got flat tire. Had problems with the Manufacturer the charger failed on the first charge. Had to wait over 8 days to receive the a new. After going back forth with the Manufacturer. They send me a whole new different charger that actually has a fan in it to keep it cool as it's charging. Did not receive that particular charger when initially receiving the bike. The manufacturer asked me to send a video of the lights illuminating while charging and the plug that goes in the bike. But it had but it had nothing to do with the charger just being a bad charger.
