I know the listing says this scooter is for adults and teens, but I handed it to my son who is 7 years old and its a near perfect fit for him. Not to say it wouldn't fit 6' 1" tall me, but it was fine for him as well, so the age range is pretty big on this thing. Assembly was drop dead simple, I had to do virtually nothing beyond a few toolless steps (insert the handles, snap the steering pole into place, and ride). The wheels roll smooth and the large size of the wheels enable this scooter to easily climb up and over small obsticales such as rocks, curbs, cracks, etc. At no point during riding did it ever feel janky, flims, or otherwise unstable. I couldn't feel any deck flex under use either, so it does appear the deck material will hold up to an adult riding on it. While I can't say, as an adult, I'd get a lot of mileage out of this, but my son is all about it. He loves it and is even right now zipping up and down the street as I type this. This scooter is well built and easy to setup. Out of the box it's mostly assembled and just requires inserting the handle and front stem. It appears to be constructed from aluminum and features a glossy green finish that looks sharp in the sun. My kids loves this just as much as the grown ups thanks to the size of the scooter and adjustability of the handlebars, which comes in 3 different height settings. I appreciate the larger wheels as it provides a smoother and faster ride even over bumps and cracks. The springy shock absorption is also good for extra comfort. The brake on the back wheel is simple but effective. The foot area is covered in a grippy tape similar to skateboards, with a camouflage design. helping ensure grip and safety while you're on the go. We got this scooter to replace a smaller-wheeled version for our 5 year old. It is a little large for him but that just means lots of room to grow! Assembly was easy and straightforward taking just a few minutes. The wheels spin smoothly and easily traverse the roads in campgrounds much better than the older small-wheel style. The brake works as it should to stop it and the built in reflector sticker ensures visibility even in the twilight hours.
