I'm super bummed about my experience with this chair & was excited to use it. The assembly is simple and straight forward, as is folding/unfolding ect. It's a little heavy but easily manageable with a ramp if needed. Arms & foot rest raise/lower. You can unlock to push manually (to move short term, not made to manually wheel someone). I can say the frame is solid, really solid and I was impressed by that but that's all I can really say. I believe it'd handle the 350lb weight limit. Charged the batteries up, hooked up all cables, went to use per the instructions and just would not move at all. Power shows on joystick, but no movement or motor noise ect. Went through all steps, ensuring everything was connected correctly - yup. Noticed joystick would blink. The manual has zero real info on troubleshooting or blink codes ect. Found info online & it led to right motor malfunction & following cables, looking for a pinch ect. First thing I noticed is how unprotected & sloppy the wiring looks. Something of this cost I expect the wiring to be well secured & protected. Even underneath, there's a wire folded over & zip tied folded/bent up. After spending a ton of time on this, I found my culprit, there's a motor wire that isn't internally connected at all, it's just hanging out, & is way beyond my wheelhouse to fix. The wire doesn't look broken, or frayed, it's just not connected and looking at the way the wires are wrapped, it seems rushed and missed. Truly disappointed. Now I have a 70 something lb chair I'm unable to use. ... show more

This is a great wheelchair. We ordered it to replace an older one that was damaged. It's heavier than ideal, but the frame is also much sturdier than our previous one. It folds easily. A bit heavy to lift into the back of the car, but if you want a sturdy, high-weight-limit, all-terrain electric wheelchair, this is a great option. Yes, it's pricey, but any electric wheelchair of this quality will be. I'd say it's priced competitively, so you get plenty of value in this one. The joystick takes a little getting used to, but we found it handles well, even around turns. It's easy to use, and you always have the option to push it if necessary too. This would come in handy not only for longer-term use, but after injuries or surgeries too. While I do wish it was lighter, it feels very secure and sturdy in-use, and the weight contributes to that durable nature. I'm attaching a photo of the folded state it arrives in, in front of our fireplace insert for scale, just to give you an idea of the size if you need to fit it in a trunk or something when away from home. ... show more
