This is an excellent electric wheelchair! It has good power and several speed settings, and a comfortable seat and good joystick controls. It folds up pretty well for putting the car or trunk. It's a little heavier than a non-electric wheelchair but still can be lifted by a healthy adult. The box it comes in is quite large, but that's to be expected - it required almost no assembly so very easy to use right away. It came with a free walker as well, which we weren't expecting - that comes in a second large box. For full disclosure, we did end up returning this wheelchair but not because there was anything wrong with it! We simply didn't realize that my mom, who had a stroke and also arthritis, just has no dexterity in her hand and cannot drive the wheelchair herself - it does require joystick manipulation which she simply wasn't capable of due to the fine control needed. For people who have 'normal' hand motion it shouldn't be an issue at all - other family members found the wheelchair very easy to use. The email customer support was very helpful and answered promptly. I do recommend this wheelchair as long as the person can use their right hand normally!

My dad resisted assistive devices until this wheelchair/walker combo. The walker mode helps him with rehab exercises which let him regain leg strength more quickly. The high-performance motor provides very smooth starts and rides, you can really feel the quality. and one thing I really love is that the handles are adjustable, so both my 6' dad and 5'3" mom can use it comfortably. Only wish it weighed less,,, but Dad's new mall-walking routine (he actually USES it!) makes every pound worth it. Saw him smile for the first time in months when he said ''This thing's not half bad.''

✨WARNING✨Broke about 2 weeks after purchasing it and it won’t close any longer, so we ended up being refunded as we had no way put it in any of our vehicles to take it to be returned.

The chair got stuck in the open position and I called the company to get it replaced. It took 14 emails, and they sent me out another one. And it had problems as well. I finally had to get Amazon to refund my money. But I still I have having problems getting the company to call me back. They were supposed to do within 12 hours. And they did not do it, I'm still dealing with. Their warranty department, it's not very good.They do not pay attention to details.And communication is poor.

I recently purchased this chair after dealing with a spinal cord injury. I have to say, I’m incredibly impressed with how well this chair performs! The joystick is super responsive, and it’s surprisingly lightweight for a power chair. Everyone at the rehab hospital loved it and even asked me to show it to other patients as an option. What really blew me away is the automatic locking feature. The motors engage when you stop, so I don’t have to worry about rolling down hills or engaging manual brakes. The chair controls the speed, even on inclines and declines, which gives me total peace of mind. It handles well on grass, gravel, and slight inclines. It’s so easy to fold and throw into the car. I just hope it lasts long because I absolutely love it!
