I will be honest and say right off that my employer reimburses us for a buy such as this so I was not out any money and figured I would give this chair a try since it did not cost me anything. That being said, I love it! I use it every morning before work, and it gives me a good loosening of muscles so I can start my day off right! I use the recline feature and set it back a little and the adjustable neck massage is great! Push the button and it moves up or down! The lower back and heat is also what I use the most too. Seems to give a good massage! My husband uses the neck massage as he was not to into the back since he is very skinny and it hurts him to use that one. If you are buying this to carry around a lot, be warned it is heavy! Not as heavy as a full-size massage chair of course but if you are thinking it is like an outdoor camp chair, think again! I do like the way it folds up and this gives me added space if it needs to be put away. Overall, I think is a good chair but maybe at the higher price it went to from June, it may not be a bargain deal. Be aware this is not like those all over massage chairs and only meant to do so much in a portable chair and if you think it will give a $3,500 massage chair massage, think again! I love it but realize it is limited on what it can do but was surprised at the job it does! ... show more

So far so good. I purchased this for me and mom 90 year old mom. Great to use for me since I am 5'7-5'8 however, my mom is like 5'1 so, when she sits in it, it doesn't really work for her neck. All in all, so far it's nice to have, strong enough to get my back knot that always bothers me, I think by using it 2 x's a day for me it is opening up my back and neck muscles and allowing blood to flow through. Be careful not to sit on it so hard on your back bc my mom has thin skin and it was kinda hard on her muscles. She does like the heat to it and says the butt and leg shaking feels good. I will update if need be but .. for now it's nice to have. Quick Shipping and no damage to the machine. Easy to set up too. ... show more

Defective product on arrival. Setup and instructions seemed easy but the massage controller failed to start the massage functions. Tried to refer to instructions for trouble shooting but it did not help. This is actually my fault for buying a product from a virtually unknown vendor. I didn't see many reviews about this chair so I was kind of leery about buying it but then I took a leap and I'm so glad I did. I get in the chair every morning and every night and it is wonderful it does everything that it said it would and I really like the part that it folds up if I need to have it folded. Really I've been using it so much that I haven't had time to fold it. I looked at videos online to see how the chair look and worked and so far it's beyond my expectations. I do not regret buying this at all! I feel so relaxed afterwards and all the tension in my back and neck are released almost immediately afterwards. Almost so that it wasn't there in the first place!
