This DJ stand is a step above a lot of the lookalike competitors with similar looks and features. This one has some unique qualities that really make this more practical- the big one is the built-in laptop stand that clears up space on the desk itself for a small mixer and DJ controller. I've tried a similar looking stand and without the laptop stand, there just isn't enough room for both the laptop and controller. So that's a big win for this one. The second stand-out feature are the corner shelves. You can put monitors up there, or even lights and a tip jar. Once again, a feature sorely missing from other stands in this price class. The stand itself is quite sturdy, has no problem holding up my 17" laptop and controller. Easily 20+ lbs with the mixer and power cables. It was easy to build, took about 8 minutes from bag to stand. It comes with both a white and black façade, which velcroes on the interior so there are no unsightly seems or edges that don't completely line up. The table surface itself is about 2.75 feet tall, works well with the laptop stand above it for me, a 6' guy. I'd say this thing is high enough quality and sturdy enough, I'm not worried about guests bumping into me at a party, and it looks like it'll survive minor bumps and drops while in the bag without any serious problems. Looks totally pro and definitely a great way to up your game when you're DJing an event. I would definitely recommend this, best you can get at this price point.

My brother in law borrowed this foldable DJ booth for a small family party we hosted indoors on a drizzly April evening and it set up in minutes with the carry bag making transport easy. The metal frame felt solid and the desktop held his laptop without any sag while the black and white panels looked sharp in our living room. My seven year old danced around like it was a real stage and the nieces kept asking to stand behind it. The dual corner pieces give it a professional touch without taking over the whole space and it folds flat afterward for easy storage. One non obvious detail is how sturdy the reinforced top stays even when someone bumps into it during the fun. We are thinking it will come in handy for backyard gatherings once the Washington weather warms up. It handled our casual family music night perfectly without any fuss.

There are many amazing features about this stand, mostly being the laptop stand feature that most other stands on the market do not offer; this still has many flaws that make this not really the ideal stand for the current price-point in my opinion. The Quality Control (QC) on the stand I received appear to have been next to non-existent. I had multiple holes that were not properly machined; making many of the features not even able to be fully enjoyed and/or feel comfortable putting my expensive gear on it. As someone who has owned a few stands in the 18 years DJing: this just feels lazy/low-quality that may work for someone to set it up and have it in their spot, but the durability of this unit is something I also have concerns about as a mobile DJ.

This is just an absolutely amazing solution for a mixer, laptop, speakers, etc. it is so simple to put together and so portable. What a great idea! Unlimited applications for this! Sure you can use it for DJ booth, but you can use it for mixer for video control center or whatever! I’ve never had anything like this as far as a portable mixing station DJ station so there’s nothing to compare it to. But this is built solid as a rock because it’s made of steel. So easy to fold up and just insert the table top inside of it. Slips right in. Then you just screw a few turn knobs and you’re ready to go then if you really wanna make it aesthetically pleasing then you can add the black or white stretch fabric, which has Velcro on the edges to make it perfect. I am very pleased with this item and I give this a five star rating and would give it even more if possible!

I live in a small apartment and don’t have the space for a permanent studio desk. This foldable DJ booth is the perfect solution. It sets up in seconds and feels very premium. I love the cable management holes; they keep my setup looking clean. When I’m done, it folds flat and slides right under my bed. Great build quality for the price
