Nice, well made changing table. I purchased this to use at our church. It would be great if this came with toggle bolts to fasten to drywall instead of concrete anchors. The instructions said that a template was enclosed, but mine was missing. I made one from the cardboard shipping box. Still looks like it will do well, and it is a good value.

This Fold-Down Baby Changing Station is truly a piece of commercial equipment just like the ones mounted in public restrooms. It installs with very robust hardware that is included. The instruction manual shows a template that is used for installation, but no template is provided in the box. However, it would be very easy to make a template to aid in installation, because the holes for the hardware are large enough for a marker to fit through. I love how the changing station stays folded up against the wall until it is needed. It saves so much room compared to relying on a piece of furniture. It also ensures there are no obstacles on the floor. The gas strut ensures that the changing station does not slam closed. It takes intentional effort to close it. The recessed changing surface and a securely attached adjustable safety strap ensure the child stays put. The HDPE plastic material is antibacterial and very easy to sanitize between uses. The two metal bars are suitable for hanging a purse or diaper bag for easy access. The changing station has a built-in space for disposable liners to dispense. It flips down for the packs of disposable liners to be inserted and then closes back up. This is the only part of the changing station that I feel may not hold up to long-term use, though it should only be opened by employees and not customers. It is made of plastic and does not feel as durable as the rest of the unit. If it breaks, that feature will be lost, but the diaper changing station will still function just the same. I don't even think it would look like anything is missing if that plastic door were to be removed. The changing station will support babies and toddlers up to 44 lbs, not 77 lbs as is shown in one of the listing photos. I verified this information in the manual. The changing station is a neutral greige color that will likely blend well with warm or cool color schemes. I feel like the current price of $109.99 is a bargain for this changing station because it is of such high quality. I am deducting one star due to the incorrect weight limit shown in the listing photo and the less durable plastic disposable liner door.
