I am keeping this product because I appreciate the material with which it was made. Upon installing the roof I found that the Velcro tying the corners was 4 inches too short on each strand, and I had to supplement them; the Velcro securing the roof to the horizontal beams, which are rectangular, were each 1 inch shorter than needed; the Velcro securing the roof to the joists was about 1 inch too long. In addition, the opening for the canopy was as large as the canopy. This opening should have been one or 2 inches smaller because the canopy attaches to posts in the roof, which extend beyond the frame, and as such we end up with a gap Between the canopy and the roof through which the elements and insects can penetrate. Speaking of which, there is no mesh which can be brought down under the roof to seal out insect. I took steps to correct each of these problems for Marius, and hope that the manufacture will consider modifying this product for others.

The main part fits ok but the top piece is too small and does not have the screen. Going to have to put a tarp up over it to keep the rain out.

This product does not have a net between the 2nd and 1st layers. Top layer is to large so it does not hook on to corners as it is should. The 2nd top layer fits but ALL the straps to tie down the cover are all to short and do not wrap around the poles as they should to hold the top in place to prevent wind from lifting it away.

The product appears to be of good quality. We lost our previous canopy in a storm so just needed to replace it. Will install in the spring when the weather is better and update the review if needed.

I ordered a 10x10 replacement cover for our gazebo. Package shows 10x10 as ordered, however, it is way to small and will not fit. Due to inclimate weather, we didn't attempt to put it on until today, April 30. Return window was April 27. I'm not happy. Can an extension be granted to exchange for the correct size?
