This fan is small but mighty. It is a good size and it sits great on its base. You can move the fan so that it is pointing in the direction of the flow of air that will work best for you. You can adjust the fan speed which is nice. It has great air flow. It will cool you off and it will circulate the air. It is an all metal fan so it will last a very long time. It is easy to assemble and to use. This is a great fan!

This 20" 3-speed fan is not bargain priced, but it's not a bargain product either. It's all-metal, except for the bushings that hold the fan, which the manual says are rubber, but seem more like a firm plastic. Either way, they're effective at damping the vibration. I haven't seen a fan of this quality for decades. It's well designed and built with quality components, unlike anything that you might find at the local hardware megastore. I'm sure that it will outlive me. Assembly was pretty easy. I opted for the stand-alone configuration, but it comes with additional hardware and instructions for mounting it on a wall as well. There's no remote control, for which I'm glad. This fan uses a reliable manual power/speed switch, which looks like it will last forever. The lowest speed still blows a lot of air, but it's not too loud. I've got a smaller plastic fan (with a remote control) that blows less air and makes more noise compared with this. The medium speed seems to be the most efficient. The noise level is only slightly higher, but it blows harder. The high speed setting is something that I'll probably never use unless I'm trying to dry out a flooded area. It really blows! I opened the door to my small garage and ran this thing on low for about 10 minutes. It brought the garage temperature down by about 15 degrees (F) in that time, which is mush less time than the portable AC unit in there would take. (The house AC has a much greater capacity than the portable unit in the garage.) Get one while you can! The planned-obsolescence manufacturing culture of the world has not yet reached the FOHERE fan factory.

This fan moves a remarkable amount of air even on the lowest setting. It has a very solid metal construction and feels like it is built to last. The adjustable head makes it easy to direct the airflow where it is needed. The cost is fair, but you won't feel like you got a huge bargain.

Our garage isn’t very well-insulated and it feels like an oven in the summertime. I like to work out there with the door open, but during the summer the open door still doesn’t cool it down enough. This fan is exactly what I was needing out there. The fan has three speeds, but so far the low setting is all I have needed. It moves the air around enough to make the garage comfortable while I am out there. I may also end up using the medium setting at some point, but the high setting blows so much air that I have a hard time imagining a circumstance where I’d use it. The tilt feature is nice also. A few days ago I was working on our yard, going in and out of the garage, and had worked up quite a sweat. I tilted the fan up a little, stood right in front of it, and went “Aaaaahhhhhhhh”. What a nice change…I should have thought of this a few years ago. The fan isn’t super quiet, but for the type of fan it is, I wouldn’t expect it to be. Don’t get me wrong…it isn’t annoyingly loud, but you’ll definitely hear it. Assembly was easy and I like the fact that the fan is mostly made of metal. It’s also lightweight enough that it’s easy to move around using the wire handle near the top. It is perfectly suited for the way I am using it and it’s easy to recommend.

We actually use this fan in our food truck and it's awesome. We run a shaved ice truck and the fan not only keeps us cool on hot days, but also deters bees and flies. It's not very noisy at all, even on high speed. It puts out a great breeze too for its size. When we're not using it in the food truck, we use it out back under the patio. Again, it keeps us cool and deters the flies (we usually have snacks or food out).

The fan was easy to assemble and it is lightweight that it is easy to carry from one room to another. It is a great addition to our garage. We use it to help cool it down and the speed and power is strong enough to cool the room.

I picked this up mainly to help move air while working in the garage, and for that, it absolutely delivers. It pushes a serious amount of air, enough to clear out lingering heat, fumes, or dust without needing a huge footprint. Definitely a step up from your average box fan. The build quality is surprisingly solid — nothing wobbly or cheap-feeling, and the adjustable tilt actually stays put. It’s clearly made to handle some wear and tear, which is what I need for a workspace environment. On the downside, it’s not exactly quiet. If you're hoping for a fan you can keep running unnoticed in the background, this isn’t it. But if you’re cleaning out the garage, doing DIY projects, or just need a blast of airflow while working in a hot space, the noise is a fair tradeoff. The only other gripe is the power cord — it’s shorter than it should be for something meant to be moved around. Plan on using an extension cord if you want flexibility. All in all, a great utility fan for practical, heavy-duty use. Just not built for silence or long reach. [LCVR]

We purchased the FOHERE - 20" High Velocity Floor Fan to use on our screened in porch. We had planned on mounting it to the ceiling; however, we decided to not do that so we could move it around. This is a well-made heavy duty, 3 speed fan with a knob on the back of the fan to adjust the speed. There is a built-in handle that makes it easy to carry and it is lightweight. The fan does make some noise but nothing too loud or annoying. It has a 360-degree tilt so it can be adjusted to any angle easily. There is some assembly required to the base, but it is very easy and quick. It does come with mounting hardware too. We really like this type of fan to have during power outages (to use with our generator) to help keep us cool. This is a great fan, and I am happy with my purchase.
