I'm 74, and have some trouble doing things. But I bought two of these fixtures, and was determined to get at least one installed. The photo shows it on an unfinished ceiling, This light is not at all heavy, and was simple to install. The one thing lacking were good instructions. It is an LED light. I'd never installed one before. Just turn off the circuit to these lights, use the provided wire nuts, and select the desired light color temperature. Until I opened the package, I had no idea what "integrated with LED color changing Technology, by dial the micro switch for 3 color temperatures" meant. There was no dial, but a slide switch to choose between 3000K warm white, 4000K cool white and 5000K daylight white. I chose 3000K. It came not packed that well. The product box inside an Amazon box, with only one piece of bubble wrap at one end. And the product box (the lights are made in China) was so poorly glued that it fell apart as I pulled it from the shipping box. But the two lights were surrounded in bubble wrap, and were intact. The light I installed is attractive, and gives off a very good light. And it's LED so you won't have to worry about replacing a bulb ever. If you are at all worried about installing, you can call an electrician.

The initial installation of this very nice fixture was easy - installed a dimmer switch, hooked up the wiring on the light. Then I discovered that the heads of the standard machine screw heads in the junction box are too big to fit through the slots on the fixture. The machine screws supplied by the manufacturer are not a standard size or thread. I was reluctant to drill out or file the slots in the fixture. So ultimately I had to install 2" 8-32 threaded rod (headless) in the junction box, then fasten the fixture using a standard 32 thread hex nut.
