This is my second Fluance turntable, I have a RT85N at home that I love and needed another turntable for my home away from home. So I purchase the RT82 with Ai41 powered speakers. The sound is crystal clear and the sound very detailed. Personally I still prefer the RT85N but this set is still great to own, look and to listen to. The system is well priced and is super easy to setup and install. Just plan for the 3 plugs (one for the turntable, one for the preamp and one for the speakers) otherwise, everything else is provided ... show more

Fluence and this vinyl player seemed to me like a serious company that cares for sound quality and customer service. I was very excited about this purchase, but soon enough, I started to use it, and the speaker began to fail. I reached out to customer service to look at the problem, which had a factory malfunction. Fluence didn't cover the shipping cost of the piece, so I had to take care out-of-pocket for that, almost for the same price as the speakers, misunderstanding the company policies about returns. While communicating with them, I was confident that, like any other company, they would take care of the costs of a defective piece. Two months later, I haven't yet received the new speakers and have been waiting to use the equipment for months. I think this was the worst purchase of my life. For those looking for a vinyl player, I recommend being very careful with the minor notes about the purchase and warranty to avoid incurring additional costs. ... show more
