Alexa says that there, s a problem with the boots and cannot configur the lights. So the publishig is false. About call to Amazon for support. They hang off the call. Bulbs work well and are adjustable from warm white to cool white which is a nice feature. also has colors which are not as bright, but good for a night light. It sets up easily with the smart home app, but I just can't get them to work with Alexa.

DO NOT use the app given in the instruction manual. Do not scan the QR code. Go to the app store and download the Smart Life app, specifically. If you use the FLSNT app that the QR code connects to, you will be confused and you will NOT be able to connect to Alexa. You can basically use the instructions in the book and apply them to the Smart Life app. Trust me, this will make your life a million times easier. Other than the initial confusion surrounding which app I needed, these lights are great! 1 star deducted due to the guide instructing me to download an app that was incompatible with Alexa (and one that is also inferior to the Smart Life app). ... show more

I adore these lights easy to program works with my bitch in the boxes but strangely oddly even one bulb no matter what we do when we power off. It stays on about 10% so not annoying but Red my lil demon possessed bulb 💡 so if you get a lil demon bulb no worries 😌 it just likes to keep the light on 😂😂😂 ... show more

Big disappointment with these bulbs they do not work with Alexa. All my other smart bulbs work with Alexa without any issues. These bulbs work fine in the Smart Life app but are not recognized by Alexa. Why? All my other Smart Life devices work perfectly with Alexa. So yes the skill is linked and connected. Afteran hour to get the bulb set up in the app because it wasn't findable even though it was blinking as it should (I've never had a smart device taken that long to sync), I was not able to connect it to my Alexa for voice control. As you can see in the screenshot, there isn't even an option for "third party control" as the directions state. I even called support and after having me jump through a bunch of hoops I'd already tried there was nothing else to do. I admit I should have read the reviews better, but it says right on the description and instructions it is compatible so I thought it was legit. If you want to control bulbs through the app then it's a fine bulb set, the colors are nice and the settings are easy to operate once you finally ly get it activated. But I wanted bulbs that I could use with my Alexa, so sending it back. ... show more

one bulb became defective and whenever its turned off, it doesn't turn off but rather stays on as a dim red light. I have unscrewed the bulb, reset the bulb, removed it from the app and reconnected it. Nothing stops it from staying on when the rest are turned off.
