I do a lot of baking and I am very pleased with the 3 Cup Flour Sifter. I love that it is large enough to handle 3 cups without making a mess. The flip-over wire and hand crank reminds me of being in my grandmother's kitchen making cookies or perogies. I ordered this style because of my grandmother and because my previous one was a hand-squeeze type that did not last so I figured a different type may work better. In my pics, I tried to show the before and after sifting flour. It does an excellent job of fine sifting, breaking up any clumps plus sifting ingredients like flour, salt and baking soda together. I found it easy to use, gentle on my hands and quick to wash up. For quality, materials, design and value I give 5 stars.

This is similar to the one my mom had forever. It is a light-duty model with a stainless look, and it is the right size for up to three cups without leaking all over the counter. It's okay to use, but it only sifts easily when you turn it clockwise, which is a little weird. Seeing that not even the local Walmart carries these, I'm satisfied.

Small, sits well on my shelf, sifts. If you have more than occasional 1 c to sift then you need one bigger and more cabinet space, but this works fine. Made as youd expect. Light.

It is what it is - a simple, basic baking tool. Wash it by hand and don’t bash it around and it should last a while.

Don't fill it too much or the content will spill out of the crank. It is a little hard to clean, but has survived dishwasher washing. It's not super story to be honest, but for the price I wasn't expecting that. Quality is okay. It did really speed up when we were making drinks and needing to sift out some of the pulp.
