The last 2 times I have ordered this the packaging has been an issue. This time ice pack was not cold at all, previous time ice pack had leaked and boxes were soaked. I like the product, but if the packaging issues continue, I will have to find another source.

Box arrived intact. Cold pouch was still cold. No issues. My hope is that he product works and does what it says. Will be back with a follow up after I finish my first bottle.

My doctor recommended these and they are expensive locally. Looked here and the price was great. They came cold packed as they are supposed to stay cold and I got them super fast. Will most certainly be ordering again. Wish I could give 10 stars!

I ordered 3 mos. supply three times now. The first came just as advertised and expected. The 2nd was delivered in 95 degrees heat. Product arrived room temp despite ice pack and cooler. I contacted Florajen and they assured me product would be fine if I put it in frig as soon as convenient (it supposedly has a shelf-life of 2 weeks at room temp and the product is still okay if you put it in the frig within 2 weeks at room temp.) I thought I'd try it once more since I haven't been able to find it around here. It arrived today (temps 75) in box with ice pack and cooler. Product was wet, boxes were all wet. Container has water under one of the protective plastic bottles. I have not reached out to Florajen give that last time they just "assured" me it would be fine. I don't usually put up bad reviews because I've been a marketing manager and know how hard it is to overcome bad reviews but this is not good quality control of a product. Buyer beware. ... show more

    • Atypical results, but I beleive these saved my life.
I work in healthcare and I was having a bad diverticulitis flare up. I saw a GI doc who recommended having the horrible surgery. I was at the pharmacy filling my horrible antibiotic regime and I was talking to a pharmacist about my issues. I had a flare up at least 2-3 times a year for a few years and I told her the doc told me its time to surgery. The pharmacist told me about the horrible complications that accompany this surgery including colostomy, adhesions, and recurrence. I was already on a diverticulitis diet and noting was helping. I felt doomed. She suggest these probiotics and I started them. 2 years later I have not changed anything except taking these probiotics. No surgery, and no more flare ups. I cannot say for sure that this is the reason, but I am a reasonably smart person and the only change that I made was these pills. I will not stop taking them, and by Gods grace, I will not need need that horrific surgery. ... show more
