I was replacing an older, heavy, high quality halogen touchier lamp. Right out of the box, and looking at those four thin tubes that were going to have to be threaded together, and knowing where this was manufactured, I knew that my chances of all of those connectors and threads going together without a problem were next to zero. I was proved right when one of the connectors would not fully thread into it's corresponding tube. I had no desire to get out a tap and dye set to fix this, so right between second tube and third tube from the bottom is a space where the tubes do not meet and the shiny connector threads are exposed for about a 1/4 of an inch. Fortunately, I do not live in House Beautiful and just want a light for a dark spot. Other than that, it was easy to assemble. I doubt it would survive being knocked over by a dog or child without being bent or dented.

We had a older floor stick lamplight which started flickering and needed to be replaced. I wanted an easy to assemble, not bulky, all metal stick floor lamp. Given the price of products with inflation these days, this BoostArea was a perfect fit. It’s lighted button on the pole couldn’t be easier to use. If you hold the button it’s a dimmer light or simply press on or off. It’s overall sleek look is perfect and the LED lighting is adequate for the corner area which needed a little pizzazz! Also, it’s arrived well packaged and assembly was 5-10 minutes out of the box to easy assembly to its spot in our home. Easily deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very sturdy, no wobbling. Bright enough to light up my entire sewing room and easily dimmable when I want less. It has a small footprint in the room as I hoped. Touch on/off/dim switch is reactive and easy to use. Replacing an older torchiere style halogen lamp, much brighter and more energy efficient. This is a good buy!

I am pleased with this Lamp, it's a nice upgrade in my old house, this lamp is tall and thin and hardly noticeable in the corners, don't even need a light switch on the wall. It brightens the whole room up. Has different dimming settings on it if you hold your thumb on the button.

Assembly was not too difficult as you screw the various pieces together. The control is simply a touch switch which turns the light on or off, and also dims or increases the light. The dimming feature can be alittle difficult to get to work, but does function once you get the hang of it. There is a small light on the switch which is on when the lamp is off, so finding it in a dark room is easy. The base could be alittle larger, as when standing on a rug, the lamp doesn't seem solidly seated. Overall, lighting is good, and lamp looks good.

This lamp is nice and gives out a lot of light. Just wish I had read the total description because at the bottom it says this lamp cannot be plugged into a socket on a light switch or used with a timer. Since the brightness is variable, it can be turned down to a night-light level and left on. I am keeping it because it is a good lamp but will have to buy another lamp for the location where I need a light on a timer.
