I had to have help to open the lights to put the batteries in. It was a very strong gentleman and he had a hard time. Then I had to get help to close them back up and turn it and line it up as the instructions said we actually had to use channel locks to get them to line up I don't understand what was so difficult to open and close. I love the product and the lights and the effect that it gives my water fountain but I'm just hoping and praying that those batteries will last a long long time because it was unbelievable how difficult it was to open and close the units.... Requiring a big strong 45-year-old male to have to use channel locks himself. ... show more
