Do not hesitate. This is a VERY durable and well made chair. I was really surprised at the quality for such an incredible price. The motor is quiet and smooth. The chair is super supportive. I purchased for my mom who is 230 lbs and has lost some mobility at the nursing facility. The medium fits her perfectly and comfortably. I can also recline and take a nap and just relax while I’m visiting her. Trust me, you can’t go wrong with this one. Oh it’s super easy to set up. Arrives in two easy to manage boxes with simple instructions. Again, I don’t leave many reviews but i was intentional about leaving this one. Good companies deserve positive feedback. Great chair for the price. Two motors is the way to go. Goes way back flatter than most. Went together easily. Very wide, wider than most. Quiet. Remote is ambidextrous which we need. But the padding is not as plush as most. That may mean it is sturdy and last more years but I like a chair that is softer. We are keeping it but likely will add another more padded chair with remote control and two motors for a lot more money than this chair. Bought for my 75 year old dad. Makes getting in and out of the chair so much easier. Is not oversized but the perfect size for him at 5’8. The added heat and vibration are great. Looks like leather and is comfortable and folds out almost flat if he naps in it.

The chair was not constructed well. Arm rest broke and Amazon approved the return. The seller wasn’t easy to deal with in trying to return the item. I was @ the UPS stores for hourly wanting on the return label still haven’t received it. I was under the impression that all I needed was the label i printed from Amazon to return but I need one from the company so the shipping would be free otherwise the cost is over $100. I will not buy from them again be warned ... show more

I bought it for my 4'10ft mom to be comfortable. It was a little big for that height but still manageable. Easy set up and to clean; my was the brown leather. The right firmness, 2 cup holder ( one on each side of arm rest) massage feature with heat was good just don't put a thick layer of cover.
