After receiving this chair, it took no time to put it together, very simple and straightforward. The quality is amazing, the material is soft and seems very durable. It rocks, swivels and reclines! The head rest is also adjustable in 3 different positions and is done manually but very easily. It's also got a USB charge port on the side by the recliner buttons, which is great if you want to sit and charge whatever device you're using at the time, also has a side locket to store a magazine or book and my daughter has been using it to store her iPad. It's an amazing chair and my daughter already loves it to sit and read or play her videogames. Amazing product!

I was not happy with this chair, but when I contacted the seller, I found that they give excellent customer service. They agreed to give me a refund so I didn't lose any money to try it out. Cons: o The recline function has 2 positions: all upright or completely reclined flat. o The seat is quite deep and was too long for me, a short-to-average sized woman, but you can use the included "lumbar" pillow to avoid slumping back against the seat back. o The headrest has to be manually adjusted. I had to stand to change the position of it. o The arms were too high for me to use my laptop or tablet easily. I think it is just built for a taller person. o It only has a side pocket on the right side. I would have liked a pocket on the left side because I'm left handed. Pros: o The swivel function can be manually adjusted during setup to fit the desired position of the chair in your room. That is; whether it swivels to the left or right. This is not mentioned in the instructions, so if you buy this chair remember that the swivel adjusts. Once adjusted, the swivel works great. o The chair has a gliding/rocking base so the chair would be great for parent and baby. o The chair also has a USB outlet to charge your device. o The leather upholstery is smooth and feels nice to the touch and a "lumbar" pillow of the same leather is included. Ultimately, this chair was not right for me, but for a parent with a new baby or toddler it would be great.

It’s easy to put the chair together not too complicated and it seems to be holding up pretty well and my son‘s enjoying it. the chair is a little low to the ground, but it’s for short people so it worked out.

This recliner is my new favorite addition to my apartment! After receiving it, it took less than a half hour to put everything together. The instructions were simple, and straightforward. The ability to swivel, rock, and recline to my hearts content made me quickly realize I made the right purchase. The value for the money is unmatched! I also love that it’s the perfect size for my studio apartment. Not too big, not too small, and SO incredibly comfortable. You can see my kitty likes curling up with me in it too! :)

I bought this Oct 31 and not even 2 months later the pull to lift the legs is fraying and it's sharp and has drawn blood from me and my 4 year old. It's uncomfortable and not very nice looking. The seat is not very long /wide and not great to sit on.

The heat settings are my favorite for cold mornings, but my husband loves the back support and customizable massage settings (head, back, seat, and feet).
