I really wanted to love this chair, but unfortunately, it’s been more of a pain in the butt than a seat for one. The lumbar support pillow seems to support everything except my back—it somehow makes my tailbone ache instead. The neck pillow has a mind of its own and refuses to stay where it’s supposed to. And the armrests? They swivel into the crisscross position so easily that I’ve had a couple of near-ejections trying to lean on them. I shouldn’t have to wonder if sitting down is going to become an extreme sport. For the price, I expected something a lot more comfortable and well-designed. To top it off, the yellow leather shows discoloration ridiculously fast, so it already looks more worn than it should. Overall, this chair looks nice, but it’s definitely not pulling its weight… or comfortably supporting mine. ... show more

the chair is comfortable but not flimsy. Contacted Flexispot directly about the color being lighter than as shown in the description and the problem with loose adjustment paddle and they accommodated our concerns promptly.

Fyi - this is not genuine leather. I had messaged flexispot before the purchase and was told this was genuine leather. However, it’s definitely synthetic. It’s also not as comfortable and cushiony as advertised or it appears. For the price, the quality is a bit cheap. It looks like it will break quickly and not last long. I am returning it. I also asked them about return fees. Apparently - heads up if you do return – call them to process a return so that you don’t get charged for the return shipping fee. Otherwise, if you do the standard return through Amazon, you’ll probably get charged. ... show more
