Assembly is easy, about the same as any other chair I have put together. I found it a bit to stiff for my liking, but I have a taste for the silly expensive chairs. For the price this is a good chair, the headrest is a must for me and the adjustability is average.

Comes with the chair, screws and tools needed to put it together. It honestly can be put together in under 20 minutes. It comes with picture instructions that are simple and easy to follow. The hardest thing about putting it together was the wheels because need to forced in and you may think you are using enough force when you're not and they might come off when you first sit in the chair. It is super comfortable to sit in. The chair curves and contours to the shape of your body. I believe the shape of the chair is supposed to help your posture while sitting. It has a pump so you can raise or lower the chair. Has a head rest that's adjustable so you can lay your head back comfortably when you're exhausted.
