    • Finally, a chair meant for me
Finally found a chair that mostly works to meet some somewhat picky desires. First, I was looking for a chair that is solid but also reclines. Not too picky, but that "solid" aspect is harder to find with reclining chairs. Most reputable / name brand chairs, don't seem to have a recline function. While Flexispot may not be a household name, it's at least made it it's rounds to have a decent storefront and advertisements with influencers with a lineup of home office products, rather than a no-name Chinese brand. What I'm expecting from this and so far has met my expectations after about 2 months of use, are at least moderately durable materials and good build quality. The chair feels solid, not like any certain parts will break, squeak, wiggle, etc. The design is functional and comfortable, with a high back headrest, solid arms (may not be for everyone), and a solid feeling foot rest that actually has a stop so the whole foot rest assembly doesn't pull out, and double lock/unlock knobs to control the recline. This is superior over typical under the chair levers, that are difficult to access in order to recline or unreclined. The knobs aren't the cleanest look, but are easy to access and functional. They could be more well appointed, but I don't mind. There's one on each side for redundancy should one of the mechanisms fail, you won't go flying back. The bonded leather or PU leatherette, whichever it is, is of seemingly good quality. It's soft and so far durable. Being what it is, it's not the most breathable versus mesh or cloth chairs. Having a cloth option of this, might be nice. Assembly was rather easy as some of the components came pre-assembled, something I've never seen in an office chair. Assembly is still required but it's faster. I did have a very tough time with one of the bolts on the back, but was finally able to get it in after some coercing with an impact driver. It did not compromise the chairs integrity so the materials do seem reliable. Versus a name brand Lay-Z-Boy office chair I got from costco, which I do like, that chair has a very limited recline function, but really isn't meant to lounge in. Not sure why finding lounging name brand office chairs is so hard. This is relatively plush enough for sitting for 4 plus hours. I have not tested for marathon sitting yet, but believe the longest has been around 8 hours so should be fine for remote work. My long-term concerns are how the cushion holds up, and how the leatherette surfaces wear. So far, I am pretty happy with it though. ... show more

This is it! This is the chair I've been looking for. It is comfortable and different kinds easily. It came almost totally pre-assembled except for nine screws. It's quality and value for the money. It reclines perfectly and is quite durable.

Love this chair! Sooo soft and feels solid! Easy assembly, super comfort on my back. I have an injury that I need surgery for on my lower back. I bought this hoping it was going to help in my office and it does! It’s worth every penny and the fabric is so comfortable. I like the built in foot rest, lumbar pillow and the chair lays down like a recliner. It’s so soft and comfortable I could fall asleep and not worry about it being unstable! I’ve had many home office chairs and in office chairs that were ergonomic and this is by far the best one I’ve ever purchased!! Highly recommend! ... show more

decent looking, okay to sit in for a short while, did not solve my issue of trying to find a chair I can sit in comfortably for long enough to work. my back feels okay in this chair but my neck hurts very badly no matter which level of recline I use.

This chair is a good office chair but a GREAT recliner lol. It arguably is a better living room chair for watching TV. The color and quality is exactly what I expected from the listing photos. The material is very soft against my skin. I have tried other chairs with really rough stitching that irritated my skin, but that is not the case here. The only gripe I have is that I wish the filling in the seat was a bit more firm because it feels as plush as the back. Regardless, it is still a nice chair. I am about 5'4" and 150 lbs and the back supports my head and neck nicely. I mostly sit up with my legs criss-crossed and I feel like I can do that, and the reclining feature allows me to spread my legs out more. The only challenge with the chair is it arrives in 3 main pieces and the seat/armrest portion is the biggest heaviest piece. The box it comes in is huge so you will have to open it outside and carry in each piece. I recommend 2 people to get this inside and set it out because it would just be more efficient. ... show more
