    • Great - look and feel, as expected from image and description
Color: Natural Oak Size: King (U.S. Standard) Set name: Bed Frame Only（29.3'' Headboard）
Great bed, easy to assemble, and very sturdy. Remember, there are 3 boxes, and they do not necessarily arrive on the same day. Customer service via Amazon was very helpful in addressing this issue :)

    • Real wood/Well Made/Missing piece
Color: Brown Size: King (U.S. Standard) Set name: Bed Frame Only（29.3'' Headboard）
Review Image by Kenda Joseph
Beautiful bed frame, I’m in love with the dark stain. Real wood. Only issue is I did not have the outer center support pieces, item #3 on the manual. Contacting customer service was very easy, they were able to ship/deliver the missing piece within 3-6 days. Although an inconvenience as we didn’t have another bed at the time, I can’t bring myself to lower the review as this is a well built frame with easy assembly. ... show more

    • Flimsy, not worth the price
Color: Brown Size: King (U.S. Standard) Set name: Bed Frame Only（41.5'' Headboard）
For the price, this simply is not worth it. The headboard connects by two flimsy pieces and does not feel sturdy. The frame is solid, and it does look pretty, but this is not worth $800, which is what we spent at the time.

    • Solid frame, but eh on the headboard

I had higher expectations for the price if this frame. I spent months looking at different options and I immediately fell in love with this bed frame the second I saw it, it was the color and style I love claims to be solid wood and as someone who uses random furniture pieces as a night stand the headboard shelf was beyond amazing, but the price was a lot so I spent time going through the pros and cons and ultimately decided to make the purchase, with the plan to keep this bed frame for a long time. However, for over $800 (with tax) I had a higher expectation for the quality. Now I will say I have no plans to return the frame, after the amount of sweat and time I put into assembling it, it is staying. The base frame seems pretty good, the joinery between the side boards and the front/back could be better (as was expected to be better for the price) but the connections were made and they seem solid, though the outlet cover does have a crack in it, though there is no issue with its function, and one of the bottom support posts was missing its foot to adjust the height. My biggest complaint is the head board. The connection point for the screws between the head board and the frame are so messed up, it is a miracle I was able to get them connected, took a lot of time and effort to get the screws to go into the holes that connect the head board to the frame, and even now I question the connection and would not be surprised if it doesnt last, which again, for this price is not something I thought I would worry about. The bed is almost flush to the wall, though there is a bit of space so I can fit my water bottle on the shelf, and because of that small space and the horrible connections, the head board does move a bit. Overall, the frame seems solid and like it will hold up overtime, but I do worry about the longevity of the head board, which for me, was a major selling point of the design and a big reason I purchased the bed, so I am not sure if it is worth the price tage. ... show more

    • Doesn’t creek like the other scrap pile bed frames on Amazon
Color: Natural Oak Size: King (U.S. Standard) Set name: Bed Frame Only（29.3'' Headboard）
Finally a bed frame that does creek and rattle like a pile of scrap metal, building process was a bit odd I wouldn’t have one person flip the bed after it’s half way constructed like their instructions suggest. It’s more than likely wider than the room is tall at least king size. Other than that so far so good. ... show more

Very disappointing experience 1. The shipment has three separate boxes with individual tracking number and they each arrive on a different day. However the portal only shows one tracking number and you have to ask support for the rest two tracking numbers. 2. 2 out of 14 parts were broken when we opened the package. Seller agreed to ship a replacement which took another week to arrive. This is already two weeks from original arrival date. 3. When the replacement finally arrives and we began install the parts, there are new issues - another 2 out of 14 parts are incorrectly made. The short panels as shown in picture did not have the pre-drilled holes to install the connectors. We tried all possible ways but there are no way to tighten the connecting bolts as instructed. I attached a photo of all the parts we had issue with. At this point you just don’t want to wait for another replacement. We ignored the error and build it up still. Hoping it would last at least until we find a perfect one. The whole product does not seem to be quality controlled before shipment. The shipment was slow and info was not up to date. If you’re prepared for the back and forth and headaches go for it. ... show more
