I got this because my dyson head broke and they’re out of stock, I love the light on the front of this one! My only complaint with it is it doesn’t have great suction on carpets. But for the price it’s perfect to get me by until the dyson one restocks on their website.

We have two dyson V11 and we got the soft roller cleaner head from Dyson for one of them and we tried this product for our second dyson V11. I had little expectation on this but I am more than happy to have this product with very good quality. I don't see what's less about this compared to the dyson brand soft roller cleaner head. I highly recommend to anyone! Just make sure your version of dyson is clearly stated in the product description. ... show more

I thought I did my research and ordered it. The pickup is not that good. The regular one on the carpet works wonderfully so we are using the normal one on the hardwood floors. It picks up better

It’s nice because it’s an effective way to clean the area but has a lot of extra noise that makes it sound like it’s run down and has a pull in one direction more so than another requiring extra steering. Otherwise it does a decent job.

The media could not be loaded. The roller smells funky (like bad funk) - the bristles attached to the unit are used/flattened - AND - the hose attachment is stuck bent to the left!! I attached pictures and video if you want to see. I have to push it sideways to keep the vacuum going straight instead of toward the left. The suction is fine.. just sounds lower than it should. The lights work. Hate receiving items like this; especially at the $$ ! ... show more
