Straightener SUCKS!!!! Doesn’t get hot enough so it does nothing for my hair. My hair just ends up puffy from it. Looks nice but wish it worked better. Disappointed!

I’m beyond thrilled with this product!! It works so much better than my high priced salon quality flat iron! Heats quickly, is lightweight and sleek, and glides smoothly through my hair without snagging. My hair is super shiny and soft after use. I have very thick naturally curly hair and am blown away at how quickly I can move through sections of hair. The heat setting does not get as hot as past irons we have had. We kept it for a few months and got tired of how poorly it straightened. I bought another brand (tymo) later which works much better.
