First off I would like to say I like to thank flash Forge for sending me two spools of this color for free. Discolor is an accent color is great for skulls dragons personal build mask and very much more. When it prints, it prints beautifully. Using a 0.25mm nozzle on my Flashforge Adventurer 5M, I’ve been able to get smooth, detailed prints with minimal stringing and no extrusion issues. Bed adhesion is solid—it sticks well to a heated bed without glue or tape, though a bit of glue stick or PEI sheet doesn’t hurt for extra insurance. Filament diameter is consistent, and I’ve been printing it at around 240°C nozzle / 80°C bed, which lines up well with standard PETG settings. Most prints come out strong and functional, though I’ve occasionally seen some layer separation—likely due to thin walls or slicer settings, not the filament itself. The spool is cleanly wound with no feed issues, and packaging is on point—vacuum-sealed with a desiccant pouch. For the price, this PETG holds its own. Great surface finish, solid performance, and minimal fuss make it a dependable option for both functional and aesthetic prints. ... show more

I've used FlashForge PETG & ASA filaments for a while now, and my Bambu X1C seems to like them. FlashForge reels work well in the AMS, and they still use plastic reels which I much prefer. The PETG prints very well indeed IMO. Excellent finish, and not terribly stringy when the presets are dialed in. I did find that it seems to prefer a nozzle temperature of 245° C, and I also adjust the print speed to about 80% of normal. Your mileage may vary. Got this while they are on sale. This PETG works wonderful on my old Ender 3 printer, right out of the box. No stings/spider wed. Made a car adapter for my Stanley water bottle. Will definitely buy this again.

Until now, my usual PETG filaments were Duramic and Eryone, and mostly just the transparent or other translucent colors. I had bad issues with gray Duramic. I had already tried the Flashforge Burnt Titanium PLA and the prints came out looking awesome (can't see layer lines). I like that color so much that I looked for it in PETG, and saw that Flashforge also has it. The reviews for that color were mixed, but I think mostly issues with it not being dry. I ordered it and "cooked" it right away in a dehydrator for 8 hours. I printed a perfect Benchy, no stringing, very good bridging, great detail for PETG. I then went ahead and did a 12 hour print for a kitchen drawer organizer insert. It went off without a hitch. It helps that I use a Bambu P1S (which I also love). I used the Generic PETG setting. One more note, the printed part is strong, but compared to other PETG brands, the supports came off much more easily and cleanly. Ordering another batch now. ... show more
