Prints high quality but... They forgot to plug the power cable to the main board or it got loose on the transport and it did nothing after I unpacked it. after the problem was solved it works great now . For the customer service you get a phone number in China. If you think to return it, be aware that costs you hundreds of dollars. If you know to repair it if there is a minor issue, then it is the perfect printer for you. Mostly it depends on the delivery service how they handle this fragile product. Check the box that it is undamaged before you accept the delivery.

I wanted a larger print bed as my other two printers are smaller. This works our great. I'm still trying to figure out settings for the dual print but single nozzle printing works great. To note from other reviews: -you use thier specific slicer as my machines are all from the same brand it's the only slicer I've used -I did have to fiddle with settings before I got it running properly as calibration wasn't right despite instructions stating that it should be set from before being shipped - loading and unloading filament is much easier and faster then the adventurer 3 This machine is wonderful so far compared to the Anycube Kobra Max that I had tons of problems with.

Lots of things to consider before you buy this, the slicer is OK but please note you have to use their proprietary slicer and no other so if you are used to a particular slicer just get ready to learn to use another one. No matter what I do I cannot get first-layer adhesion without a raft. This means the machine is capable of first-layer adhesion (because the raft sticks ok) but for some reason, those settings are not obvious or easily replicated. I have 6 other 3d printers and run them with 3 different slicers, I have near zero issues with them, and first-layer adhesion is good on all. Ok so maybe it's my fault, I should call the dealer and get tech support, NO I called my dealer in Singapore and they refuse to support the machine because they didn't sell it. What BS is that? this is just very disappointing, and because Im busy and getting this machine working means hours of playing with the setting because the dealer is not able to help me it's become a big grey and black paperweight in my shop. My advice is to buy an Ultimaker or a Bambu Labs they work out of the box. If you're a 3dprint Nerd then Im sure this machine works perfectly but the 10,000 hrs that takes to achieve is not available to most of us. I have still not given up but I will have to wait until I have the energy and time to get to this project.
