Great 3d printer, just remember to make sure your temp is set to the melting point of the filament you use to avoid jamming and if you want to take it a step further, you can always set the temp in the code if you only use certain filaments with a design. You can find that out by locating it on the spool.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this over a second Bambu Labs P1S. I saw several reviews and took a chance. I’m so glad I did. This thing makes great prints, is every bit as fast if not faster than my Bambu Labs, and prints perfectly well. It has been great for my prototype testing and printing my for sale products in my 3D print shop. Love that it comes with an enclosure and has the easily swappable hot ends. There are some flaws. The network printing only works with FlashForges own slicer, that is of and when it works. It’s currently not stable. Orca had a beta slicer with the network printing but they’ve removed it. Also you can only print in one color. Not a huge deal, but multi color prints would be nice. I bought this before my birthday at the end of January and it hasn’t let me down at all. Just Don’t Touch the plate lol keep it clean and preheat your bed, level it every so often and you’ll be golden.

The media could not be loaded. Update 6/12/24 After some moderate use I started running into nothing but problems and failed prints. My printer loses power randomly, the axis will grind as if it’s misaligned, and now my extruder stops working intermittently and skips layers causing a massive waste of filament. I have been chatting back and forth with support from flashforge for weeks and keep getting met with suggestions on restarting the printer, updating, and cleaning the bed which has nothing to do with the issues, even after I tried their suggestions. Completely frustrating for the amount of money I spent. I started off with the very first version of the Ender 3 several years ago and loved it, but it was definitely time for an upgrade. After some research and wanting an enclosed printer, I decided upon this one. I did hear some negative reviews on YouTube mostly because of the specific slicer and or software you have to use for this printer, but it’s honestly not a big deal at all. It 3D prints things, and that’s all you really need it for. The build quality is excellent and was very well packaged. My shipping box was a bit damaged but the printer was protected with the foam. Setup was easy, although it did take a bit longer than the advertised 10 minutes with calibration, it was still a breeze. Being used to the slower Ender 3, this thing made me flinch when it started to print because it was ridiculously fast. I’m baffled at how it could print so well with such speeds. The print quality is stunning. I’ve used cheap PLA, the included PLA, and TPU, with amazing results. I’d highly recommend this printer to anyone. Great buy!

I was very happy with this printer. It did well right our of the box for around 4 months. It did take some time to get good adhesion to the print bed, and I had to increase the temperature above what was being read on the screen. Maybe temperature was not reading right but once I did that by about 10-15c it worked great. The ultimate reason I had to return, was the nozzle burst inside and then every time I tried to turn it on, it would shut down. Not sure if the nozzle damaged something when it burst or not???? but obviously no longer working....

I love this printer. I've been printing for about 8 years. I've got a Creality CR10S4, a CR10S and an Anycubic resin printer. This is by far my favorite. It's basically plug and play. I've even had my daughter start prints for me while I was at work and she had no experience with printers. It prints PETG so smoothly. This printer is very fast and quiet. I would say that it rivals the Bambu that's twice the price.

Not sure what to rate this because you apparently need a PC to operate this despite all the advertising photos showing a phone and an app. The app only lets you view the print job. Some Google searches confirm that you need something that isn't Android...which is worse because I won't buy Apple. It is 2025, I don't own a PC, we use phones and tablets like people who don't still live in the 1990s.
