My son got this for Christmas and has had a lot of fun with it. He has made many little creations. You do need a computer to use this, which I feel is probably obvious. And to buy extra plastic thread is expensive. But besides all that, it has worked great. He is only 8 so my husband helps him. The quality of the print has been excellent. Just don’t forget to add the glue as the first step otherwise wha you are printing will tip over.

Purchased for my kid! It made two items then it would not make anything else! Contacted company they sent another one and it does the same thing nothing will stick on the hot pad! Therefore it just sits there and waste the materials that’s very expensive! Contacted the company again guess outta 300.00 no one responds! Print quality is crap! Done waste your money!

This is an amazing machine! Bought for a teen to get started with and it’s been wonderful. The slicing software is simple to download and use, the filament is simple to load and it prints nearly flawlessly every time! Would buy again, no questions asked.

This printer is AMAZING. I had an Anycubic Kobra 2 Neo and this thing puts the Kobra 2 Neo to shame. My only gripe is the process for loading in new filament. It could have been so much easier. Not sure why others are saying it doesn't work properly, most likely user error.

Great 3D printer for a beginner. Only thing I needed to buy soon after getting was more filament. There’s a learning curve for sure, if you run out of filament while printing or need to pause printing, it ruins what you’re currently printing and you’ll need to start over. It also constantly sounds like a vacuum is running. I’ve used the printer every day this week! My new hobby

Had to purchase another one and it is working well. Got my first 5M for Christmas and it was a nightmare. Still is. I can run exact same filament, same project, same settings on both and the first one has a 30% fail rate. New one, 2% maybe. Have no Idea why. Ghost in the machine I guess.
