SHIPPING: The box is large (you can see the dimensions in the product description if you really want) and heavy (not really complaining, that's a good thing). Package arrived through Prime shipping which was really nice. Contents were all in good shape. ASSEMBLY: I am good with building furniture. I breeze through IKEA furniture with ease and my trusty power driver. This assembly was not fun. Sure, the fact that there's only like 12 pieces total including the screws may LOOK like it'll be an easy assembly job. Do not be deceived. The entire back of the chair is held together by 2 bolts. That's fine. Bolts are fairly large and look strong. But since its only 2 bolts for where you will be sitting and leaning back and I generally dont like falling out of my chair, I wanted to make sure they were secure. This turned out to be trickier. The bolts are on the bottom of the chair- which means you cannot use a power driver. This means it was time to break out the socket wrench. BUT because of the placement of the screws in relation to the supports, you can only turn them 1/4 turn at a time. Once this was done, the rest of the assembly was a breeze. Took about 90 minutes from box to completed chair. COMFORT: Now that the chair is built, its time to sit down, grab a beer and watch the game. Chair is vastly more comfortable than you would think from the picture. The massage is quite nice; it's more of a "buzz" style than the "roller style" which I really like. My favorite thing so far is the heat function. It's one of those things that you wouldn't realize how nice it is until you sit down. The limiting factor is that the cord has to be plugged in. I ran the cable under a rug, so not a big deal, just a little annoying. Overall: An amazing deal for $200. Assembly was a bit tricky, but only a little more so than you're standard Swedish mail order furniture. The massage/heat is very nice. Would not hesitate to recommend. ... show more

Overall very pleased with this chair at the price point. For me it was replacing a daily use chair that broke after many years of use. So I sit in it every night, watch TV and play on my computer and currently doing my review from it hah. The vibration is nice. The heat is concentrated in just the lower back area and isn't too hot, almost don't really feel it but when i get up out of the chair I can feel my back feels hot so it is definitely working but not overbearing. As someone who experiences frequent back pain and discomfort, I have to say I think using this chair has helped me feel less pain recently and I tend to look forward to using it daily. Package arrived in good shape and putting it together was fairly simple. You do have to align the chair back and base by installing 2 bolts and this took some effort doing it by myself. I had to position my knees on the base and use one arm to force the back down and the other arm to reach around the bottom and stick the bolts through the holes. Worked up quite a sweat putting it together honestly. Other than that, everything was easy and simple. One complaint, there is an adjustment knob that seems to do nothing at all. It is one of the parts of putting it together, a bolt with a wheel knob that sticks in a hole on the front bottom. This does not seem to actually screw into anything or serve any real function other than annoying me. The chair stays mostly in place but I think that has more to do with the aforementioned back/base bolt holes and how much they are tightened. The chair will move a little on its own out of desired position but not so bad that it really bothers me. The controls have 5 vibration intensities and 9 modes where it does different zones of vibration. You can also pick which zones you want or all zones which there are 4, and set them to stay on for the duration of the timer. The timer can set for 10, 20 or 30 minutes and will shut off after. You can't just leave it on so you have to keep resetting the timer continuously if you want to use it for more than 30 minutes. I saw some reviews saying the welds on the base were breaking, sorry for no pic but I did inspect that when I put it together and it looks like the manufacturer has added extra welds to the base area as mine had extra beefy welding than what I saw in the pics of the broken ones. Also I am an average sized man around 190lbs and this chair fits me well and I don't think anything will break on me with daily use of it. But someone overweight would likely need a sturdier option. This is my first vibrating chair and I am pleased with it after 2 weeks of regular use. Not sure how long it will hold up as I would consider this item is in the bargain price range for this type of product. I expect 1-2 years of daily use before I buy a replacement, but it could possibly last longer, not sure. Now that I have experienced the bliss of a heated vibrating chair, I am definitely willing to spend a lot more money on one that is higher quality. UPDATED AUGUST 2019: This chair has proven itself to last. All features still work, the intensity of the message for some reason is even better/ stronger. The recline and swivel is easy. The foot rest message is still good . The chair has been moved about from one wall to the next and no damage to faux leather at all . Used by large Adults in a gane room on a regular basis and everything still good to go. Looking at buying another one. ORIGINAL REVIEW; The chair and ottoman arrived fast. The product was exactly a described. It was easy to put together. The final screw on the top part of the chair required a second pair of hands but was easy to align and put in. The back of the chair is tall enough to support my neck and head. The seat is plenty wide enough for a large adult and does not take a lot of space. The chair is extremely comfortable and the ottom is the right height to properly support my legs. The messaged, though not a s***su type, does vibrate. The vibration and mode choices make it quite nice when I select the mode to rotate where it messages. The ottoman also vibrates and has several rotation choices. Yes there is even a heat option. recently purchased.. it's a nice chair .. good price.. and comfy.. the chair itself is very low to the ground.. looks very odd .. and it makes it difficult to get in and out of. it heats up in the lower back area.. but not all over.. it does not massage.. it is more like a vibrate chair.. so this was very misleading.. but the chair is not bad. I would return for a refund but my husband was such a dear to put it together.. so I will keep it.. note to future buyer: read all the reviews on this product before purchasing. and read the dimensions carefully.. it's really short and I am a short woman myself.. just wanting to be honest.. ... show more
