Our family is rough on chairs. We have destroyed two sets of kitchen chairs in the last year. I was ready to give up! The problem being in the legs.So we held a family conference. We had seen these chairs before and said "what the heck! We'll give them a try." and we ordered the black. When they came we were leery cause they looked small and they seemed too light-weight. So we turned them over to our inspection team. First of all, they were comfortable. The chairs looked small but they were strong, didn't wobble and the wheelchair-bound could move them with ease. The chair arrived today and I was surprised that there was no assembly required. The website didn't say assembly was required, but you never know. It arrived in a huge box; was perfectly protected; and was as described on the Amazon website. I will use this chair as a replacement for the chair I was using at my computer because it was old and unstable. I use the computer in my bedroom so I needed a chair that would blend with the decor. Using an office chair wouldn't work because there isn't enough room for it. This chair is well worth the cost, which is low compared to other, similar chairs. Highly recommend. I ordered two mahogany chairs but received two gold chairs instead. I have not requested a replacement because my adult son mistakenly destroyed and recycled the box they came in so I wouldn't be able to ship them back. The chairs themselves are sturdy and comfortable and I like the style. I do not like the color. I was going to order more in the future but now I don't know what to do because I don't really want four gold chairs, nor do I want mismatched colors. Sigh... ... show more
