  • The material it's made of
Color: Brown Leathersoft Style: Contemporary
The reclining spring broke less than 4 months after purchasing the chair

  • Serves the purpose
Color: Black Leathersoft Style: Sofa
It works for now, however it is more suited for a temporary environment such as a dorm or home office. It is not suitable for a living room where it will be in constant use.

  • Decent Leather recliner
Color: Brown Leathersoft Style: Contemporary
This is a pretty good manual recliner for the price. Good support for the back and bottom. My only peeve is similar to other folks with the lowering of the foot pad, but I can drop it easy enough. Would have preferred a handle that moves the pad ,but still is worth the purchase. I also made a mistake reading, this is a leather product, not genuine leather. That being said, it is quite comfortable and hopefully will get many years ... show more

  • Solid recliner with a small issue
Color: Brown Leathersoft Style: Contemporary
I bought this recliner while it was on sale and for the money it does the job. It's not a cushy recliner, so don't expect to cuddle into it as the cushions are firm, but it's not uncomfortable either. When it arrives you'll need to play hide and seek for all the cushions, but rest assured they are all tucked away under the base of the recliner and may put up a fight when you try to pull them out. In case you need to know, the cushions zip onto the recliner which isn't difficult. My only complaint is, on my recliner, the zipper to the top part of the back cushion is mismatched (where the zipper ends should meet, they do not). This isn't a big deal for me as I can easily pull up the back cushion when needed. ... show more

  • All in all, loving this purchase!
Color: Gray Leathersoft Style: Contemporary
The first and most important reason why I'm loving this chair is my feet actually touch the ground! Being 5'1", it's very hard to find comfortable furniture where my legs don't dangle off the floor like a little kid or I have to slouch to do so. Hubby said it was very easy to assemble, with most of it being a series of velcro and zippers. Don't let that fool you - it's a very sturdy piece. It's a nice color and goes well with my dark Taupe sectional. We have small rooms so finding furniture that's "short person friendly" AND compact enough to not take over the room is always a challenge. This chair is big enough to be comfortable but small enough to fit in the room without overwhelming it. The recliner button is at the top of the chair, just under the armrest vs. the lower portion of the side - another plus to us shorties! No more leaning halfway over to recline - Whoo Hoo! The mechanism works easily and putting the chair back into a sitting position is effortless. The leather is nice and soft. I'm very happy with this chair. ... show more

  • Assembling the chair
Color: Brown Leathersoft Style: Contemporary
I like the chair. It's shiny leather so it looks great. It did not come with instructions on how to assemble the chair on arrival and I couldn't find any video or online instructions. However, I was able to use common logic and used the image to help me put the pieces together. I will give a brief description of how I did it. First, attach the back panel section to the base by sliding the back piece into the two projecting metal tongues. Be sure to get both sides inside the tongues before pushing all the way down. Once down they will lock, you can unlock by gently pulling the small metal piece on the tongue outward. Using two people will help. Next, us the image to identify the side arm pads then zip them together. Attach the lower back cushion then use the photo to get the proper top back cushion and attach. Zip the two back side cushions on and that's it. Not too hard. ... show more

  • Leather couch at a good price
Color: Black Leathersoft Style: Sofa
I love this couch, now mind u I am a tiny woman, this would never due if u r over wt!! It is tiny for 3 tiny people. The leather is soft and gorgeous! The backs do not recline only feet. That is my only complaint!! It is a very firm couch too, which I also like. It looks lovely in our tiny but adorbs home! Make sure u have this put up against a wall too, for leaning back could crack the wooden back. I rarely have anyone over so for hubby and I it is perfect. We LOVE it. ... show more

  • Was a Great chair until the cheap plastic handle broke.
Color: Black Leathersoft Style: Contemporary
Absolutely love it so far, got it to replace my old recliner. Looks great and is extremely comfortable at a great price. We shall see how it holds up in the future after much use. Well here it is 4-5 months later and the handle that opens the recliner broke. It is cheap plastic and it takes a lot of force when pulling the handle to open. The plastic piece that holds the cable from the handle to the opening device broke so I have to turn the chair on its side and manually release the cable by using my hand every time I want to open it. A real pain in the back side to say the least. And I'm sure they don't sell a replacement handle? Totally bummed!!!! Update, after a couple years the fake leather basically just started peeling away and when I purchased this recliner it was $225, so to think they are selling it now for close to $400 is totally absurd. It is fake leather, it is not real as advertised. ... show more

  • smaller than expected but still a cute modern chair
Color: Gray Leathersoft Style: Contemporary
It’s very modern- a lot smaller than expected but it’s do-able for the price but would want to spend my $ on a bigger more comfier chair. Wasn’t easy to assemble ☹️ But was fast delivery! It’s perfect for more of a decorative look than comfortable and only one person can fit n I’m 5’2 and my feet dangle off the edge and it easily moves around when u sit down in it and also when you recline you have to put extra force into it to make it stay back as well. I’m happy with it just small & I was expecting a little bit bigger n heavier to stay in its place also. Make a good teenage chair for their rooms or a play room, guest room, she shed or man cave lol ... show more

  • Comfortable, but much smaller than a typical recliner.
Color: Gray Leathersoft Style: Contemporary
Comfortable, but much smaller than a typical recliner. Its about 60% the size of what you’d expect a “typical” recliner to be. I’m 5’11 160 lbs and fit comfortably in it- but a larger person would not. I could see it being perfect for a mobile home, cabin, office, or other small secondary space, but I’d be a little embarrassed to have it in my living room. It’s also a little expensive for what it is, and assembles oddly. You have to zipper the arm rests and back on and the zipper is not well covered once its assembled, making it look pretty cheap. The “leather” is also definitely some kind of synthetic. I paid $250 and I fee like that was about $75 too much. I currently have two in my basement. It is comfortable though. ... show more

  • It's an OK recliner
Color: Black Leathersoft Style: Contemporary
My early impression is that this chair is worth the money, but then it's a very inexpensive chair. The assembly instructions are near worthless but thankfully the assembly is fairly simple and you're dealing with only a few parts. The chair is held together with zippers and Velcro. It's a fairly small chair which worked out for me because of the small room it's going in but if you are a large person get a larger chair. I'm 5'10" and my feet hang off the end and are not supported when the chair is in the recline position. That said, it is a fairly comfortable chair that functions as advertised. Time will tell if it is built for the long haul. ... show more

  • Good for the money
Color: Gray Leathersoft Style: Contemporary
Not in love with this chair but I don't dislike it either. It's a cheaply priced chair to just get you by until you can afford something nicer but don't think this is something you will have for years. It's the right size for me (I am a 5'2" female and I can see someone taller needing a longer foot rest). The seat isn't cushy and my butt becomes sore after about an hour but I needed another chair in a hurry and I can live with it for now I guess. ... show more

  • You get what you pay for
Color: Gray Leathersoft Style: Contemporary
This chair is definitely NOT comfortable. It's very stiff. The back of the chair isn't high enough for our heads. The color is great and the feel is perfect, but it's very cheap construction. You can tell that it won't last us more than a couple of years. I do like the fact that we put it together very easily. The instructional photos were not that helpful. The pillowy parts zip to the chair but don't lock once zipped. ... show more

  • It’s a couch
Color: Chocolate Brown Microfiber Style: Sofa
Was easy to put together. After a month the bottom of the center seat broke cause it was held together with cheap staples and not screws or nails. I had to throw away the center part and connected the two ends to make a love seat

  • Can't seem to keep seats to stay connected.
Color: Chocolate Brown Microfiber Style: Sofa
Not sturdy at all. We've had it for months and still can't get the sofa to stay together. The chair on one end keeps disconnecting from the center piece when someone sits on the end.
