The chair arrived quickly and is in perfect condition. I thought two of the feet were missing but they were stuck under a flap and inadvertently secured by packing tape. I called the company about the "missing parts" before finding them. They quickly sent out the replacements. Easy transaction.

Quality of these chairs is great, they look good and feel good, and they are sturdy. Here's the facts on my 3 orders; I purchased 3 sets of 2. The first set was perfect, so we ordered a second set. The second set was missing the self leveling feet for 1 chair - it took 3 weeks to receive a replacement set; also, one of the feet had damaged threads, as did one in the third set. In lieu of waiting for replacements I fixed the threads myself. Customer service was friendly, but getting replacements was painfully slow. That is why I fixed the damaged threads myself - I felt like waiting on replacements would add another month to get done with my purchase. Ultimately I just wanted to get 6 chairs....mission accomplished....I am moving on; I just wanted to share the issues as experienced. ... show more

These chairs are so much better in person…super sturdy, actually very nice in appearance and size. There is no assembly required….bonus! I think they will hold up nicely with everyday use and will not damage easily. They are very accommodating and the perfect size for our table.

UPDATE: I wrote the following review too soon. I was so taken with the "look" of these chairs that I was blinded to an important negative issue: the casters keep coming off. And they are super noisy. These chairs weren't cheap but the scraping metallic sound of the casters when the chair is moved on the patio surface make them sound budget. I tried to buy replacement casters but could only find same. Very bummed. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'd been searching for a couple of extra chairs for my patio table. You'd think it would be easy. Not. In metal (which I needed) the options were all so stodgy ... and nearly all of them black. I wanted a vibrant color and with a sturdy weight. These FLASH chairs checked all my "must have" boxes. The arrived quickly. They were packaged incredibly well. The only assembly was screwing in the "feet." Love the style and color, and the weight is perfect--heavy enough to feel grounded without being difficult to move around. They are PERFECT!!! I think I might just buy some more ... ... show more
