Make sure you buy TWO SETS if you get these. There is only one of each size so unless you have two different size nipples (which is possible), you will need two sets. I used them to dual pump and they worked great inside the flanges I already have.

I wish I found these flange inserts a month earlier because they have provided much needed relief now that they have made my pump flange closer to the correct size. It’s crazy that pumps do not provide a greater range of standard flange size options up front but these are a great way to continue using the parts that came with the pump. I would recommend purchasing an inexpensive flange measuring tool to ensure you’re getting the right size, but I have no complaints about the fit of these or the durability. They wash well and function as expected.

I only needed size 17 and 19 but size 17 didn't work. Can't push it in my Spectra flange, it keeps pushing back out. Can't return either eventhough the listing stated free return within certain days
