I bought these because my Spectra S1 didn't come with my size (21) and I didn't want to buy all new flanges. These worked wonderfully. They are super inexpensive, fit well into all my flanges (including 22s for handsfree flanges I bought on Amazon before I realized my size), easy to place and stay put during pumping, quality soft rubbery material that reduces friction discomfort from the plastic flanges, and very easy to wash.     • Effective for Sizing Down, But a Very Tight and Hassle-Free Fit!

If you need to scale down from the standard base sizing of your pump, these flange inserts definitely do the job and function exactly as they are intended to. I purchased them to use with my Spectra breast pump, and they effectively reduce the 24mm tunnel down to the correct, more comfortable size. The only downside is the physical fit within the pump itself. They are a very tight squeeze to get into the Spectra parts. Because the fit is so snug, it becomes quite a hassle to pull them out for a thorough cleaning and then jam them back in afterward. If you don't mind putting in a little extra effort during your daily wash-and-assembly routine, they are a great, budget-friendly solution to get the right fit. They work well, but just be prepared for a bit of a struggle when taking them apart! ... show more

Tear easily. I bought these because I need a 17 or 19. The 19 tore just taking it out of the packaging. It may affect suction. I haven’t used them yet, I will be curious to see how the other holds up
