I waited a few days before I made a review. Just to make sure it is honest. These delivered all together. They were a little easy to put together, common sense. I love the massage, I love the recline and I love the cup holders. The swivel and rocking work great! We recently became full time RV’ers and the recliners were uncomfortable to us, we took the chance on this order hoping they were comfortable and they are! We love them. It’s nice overall but you can’t feel the massager. It’s barely anything on the high setting. If you want it for that, I wouldn’t buy. However I love the turn and rock feature and it’s comfortable.

Never ever will i buy from Flamaker would give them negative stars if i could. UPS said it would be close to 400 bucks to ship the junk chair back to Flamaker. USPS said i have to measure the boxes to determine the rate costs for the two boxes. USPS said it would probably be close to 200 bucks. Just about had it with both Amazon and Flamaker. Junk chair and junk customer service. all that money to ship it back on a 325 buck chair. Update: Here it is 2-9-23 and still havent got this crappy excuse for a chair off my hands. Flamaker customer service is a joke. Amazon so far has not been much help either. No matter who I talk to or message, I get the exact same lame answer. For over a month I have been holding this junk waiting for either party to send me a shipping label. Over 400.00 to ship back a what is now a 299.00 chair. Update #2: Still getting the runaround from Flamaker. They asked me to take a picture of the "MISSING" part. How do you do that? Take a picture of the part that is missing. Third request By seller. They sent me another remote and wall power plug. Already had those parts. Still no return shipping label. Nothing but a complete runaround since January 5th. This chair was to be for my wife who "WAS" fighting lung and spine cancer. The heat and vibration was an attempt to help her lower back pain. She never got to use the chair because she passed on January 21st. All while Flamaker played sorry games. Not a good Amazon look either. Still waiting on a refund after all this time. ... show more

Very happy with this purchase. It did come in 2 seperate packages, 1 day apart, which I didn't know initially. I reached out to the seller who got back to me quickly who was able to send me the second tracking number for the other package. I was looking for a recliner that was smaller than others due to not having much space, and this was the perfect size. It was easy to put together, only took a couple of minutes. This chair can be difficult to use. It has a pull handle for raising the foot rest. It looks like it could fail in the future. It is difficult to close the foot rest with your legs. It does take some force to close it. We usually have to stand in front and push it closed with our foot. It does have heat and massage which is a plus. ... show more

The chair is excellent. I did not know it came in 2 packages, as they did not arrive at the same time. However it wasn’t near the issue I thought it was going to be as the second part got here within a day of the first package. The chair is great, it reclines, the massager is well done, and it is a comfortable chair.
